Next week if I have some free time I will, only SR5 cuz the higher end model had a motor adjustment and you’ll loose that if you use the Spyder, but I heard you can still hook up the adjustment with the Spyder. Need to look up their build and see if I can do the same

Transitioning to a Flip key fob all in one. No more key plus remote, now going with flip key Button, lock, unlock, panic and key ring. No more jingling keys.

Happy to report after driving for a while in the newly redesigned S&B cold air intake system I have increased my mpg from 13.5 to 16.1 a +2.6 when I drive like a normal driver.....when I drive like I want to it’s less than 13.5....haha

Not a fan of the chrome, but this “PLATINUM” vinyl wrap helps with the glare and look

Been busy with work. Was one of the lucky ones to be picked for the Kleinn Air horn kit: direct Tundra air horn kit 230, 6885 blastmaster kit, and 333 remote. While doing this I finally have time to install my front headlights, Morimoto fog lamp, custom rear 10”(2) Rockford fosgate, Rockford fosgate 1000amp, DSR1 processor, DFS speakers front, side and side rears, yellow top Optima battery, lower bumper LED bar.
Ran into problems with the Kleinn kit as I have the TRD dual exhaust, the left exhaust is in the way. Bummer contacted Gary Wright from Kleinn service and told him I had to pull my spare tire and make a custom bracket to fit it all: air horns (3), air tank (3 gal), compressor and on board air system. Pics to follow

Finally after 2 weeks of broken mounts, stuck brass solinoid valve, removing the spare tire and using that area to install the Klienn airhorn 230 blast master kit, upgraded blastmaster plus, the trigger switch and the remote key airhorn fob. Vids coming next

Yes that triple horn kit, 3 gallon air tank, compressor, hose attachment, blaster plus brass solinoid for each horn, trigger switch, remote airhorn FOB. Asked to be test truck for Tundra when I heard they were making a kit and got picked...maybe cuz I had a “Platinum”

Haha too funny. My 1st Tundra was a 2013 SR5 4x2 loved it. Only traded cuz I should have bought a 4x4 and what the hell might as well go Platinum too

Did your Thule rack on the roof require any drilling or does it just clip on?

I hear ya, I was close to getting the Platinum but saved and got the SR5 4x4 and moded it out!

The 2020 TRD PRO in Army Green looks tempting though!

The rack is a specific model number and has specific measurements to fit the roof/ max weight. I just moved mines a little forward to fit the moonroof. No drilling just clamps and tension

You need the correct foot plate base: kit 1555 to fit flush in top your roof. Then the black Thule wingbar Evo 150 comes in a pair. Then the Thule Evo clamp to secure the bar to the base plate.... make sure you measure correctly the distance between the 2 bars and the distance between the 2 clamps. If not your bars will look bent or not hold hold correctly. Measure like 3x before you tighten and lock the bars. Also if you have a moonroof, you may want to scoot it a little forward to make the wind breaker fit pertectly from the roof base to the front bar.

Added a screen protector now it looks more complete. Easy work just getting the small bubbles on the edges

Replaced my older model dash cam video with the “Amazon choice picks” touch screen 4” unit. So much easier to navigate versus pressing the side buttons. Plus upgraded to a mirror mount which is so sturdy and Sandisk 200GB memory card

That is an awesome build. I got some great ideas from your posts.
