Picked up my rear sway. I expected the end links, bushings and other hardware like the Tundra. NO! just the bar.

Need to order bushings & end links :(

Went out to remove the rims. Not a single rear lug will budge. Not with air, not with me standing on a breaker bar.

    WTF?????

My girth comes in handy! After standing on & bouncing up & down I got three of 10 off. 114 & 22% outside (more in the garage I'm certain) after 3 I started to burst into flames so came inside.

I wanna kill whoever overtorqued the shit out of these lugs.

4 of 5 off. Tried one on the driver side with the air gun, came right off. Hopefully the other 15 won't be such assholes.

From what I read, you had brakes done. Must have been the guys at the shop who did your brakes.

Nope, I went to replace the brakes & found new brakes. Must be another gift from Autonation.

Honesty, I'm glad it happened here to me in my garage as opposed on the side of a dark road in the rain.

Hits keep coming. My 180$$$ clamp spring compressor does not fit. Figured I'll wait for the specialized "stick with clamps" needed to put through a hole in the bottom of the lower control arm to come and just do the "simple" shocks.

    [IMG] Amazon

    ^tool

NO! first the old one was in there stupendously tightly so pita getting out and I managed to get the Bilstein in but not to where I can get the bolt in.

I put the truck down thinking the weight would push it up there, nope. Fucker didn't budge. I figure the good news is it has nowhere to go so I'm going to drive it like this for a short trip, check it. I'm leaving the driver side alone, fucking burnt & it's already 98 degrees and 30%

0 & my compressor died mid putting the front tires back on (275 70 20's are HEAVY!)

Compressor, bushings end links and deeze fucking nuts came. Nuts say they fit, THEY DON'T.

I took the end links out of their box to look at them & DISAFUCKINGPEARED them into the Bermuda Triangle that is my garage.

Is that compressor gonna work? That’s the one I thought about getting. Read someone say it won’t fit in the bottom hole. I dunno.
What did your other compressor look like?

This thread has a few people that say it works. I'll find out eventually, I now have a house full and need the truck to transport them. :(

The front sway is coming Friday.

I used that exact one on my 2020 TRD sport rear coils and it worked great, I ditched the fork portion and ended up feeding the entire threaded portion through the lower control arm hole.

at the coil seat of the lower control arm the hole is large enough to fit the threaded portion of the compressor through with the provided washers acting as a buffer.

I then torqued it to where the coil was being compressed into the lower control arm which allowed the coil to drop out of the upper housing where the rubber boot portion is.

Once it was free of the upper housing i slowly loosed it until there was no longer tension and took the coil out.

I did it the traditional way first on the passenger side with the lower fork and it took ages due to the limited space with the ratchet.
