I have a Kenwood DDX3eX HU and its has a corded USB. I need a cover/port to put the cord into the center console in one of the factory holes.

I also want to add a dual port USB charger in one. Does anyone have a link or suggestions?

You mean a USB swap for the 12V round hole?

For our 1st gen trucks which are way different from 2nd or 3rd gen models, this is what I did:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/howto-add-flush-mount-usb-aux-port-in-center-console.70236/

This is where others put it:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/touch-screen-head-unit-whos-got-what.65309/page-2#post-1715913

I've seen people retrofit the cigarette lighter plug with USB also, like this unit, there's a mod explanation for 2nd gen in the DIY forum:

Someone posted around here a port that fits into the factory locations that are blank here, but I'm too lazy to search for you, I know the content is here though, your question isn't unique: https://www.tundras.com/threads/has-anyone-made-use-of-this.110574/#post-2852992

That picture is what my center console looks like, I'm looking for something to go in there that I can fit my Kenwood USB to.
I don't want to convert the cig lighter, just looking for the part that has 2 USB in it that fits that.

Yup. Someone posted the part here recently, it's been posted a few times since I joined, and a year or two before that. They got it on scAmazon. You may need to dig a little to pull it up.

How do I remove the little blank spots for the usb port? Exacto knife? Or do they just like pop out?
    Thanks in advance

Flat head screwdriver to pop the whole cover out and then pop the button blanks out from the backside. Easy peasy.

Or better yet, a plastic spudger tool so you don't mar anything.

But if I'm not mistaken, you can just grab that pocket area and pull it forward, can't you?

Here's what I used. The plastic is shiny instead of mat but it popped right in. Ignore the ill-fitting one on the right. That's USB and Aux input for aftermarket stereo. Spliced power from the cigarette lighter.
