    Damn! Shots fired!

I fully intend on getting there earlier next year. More trails, more beer. I think I may just bring a keg next time. It'll be cheaper.

Yeah they scheduled Jambo in May this year and again next year. So I might skip Jambo next year in favor of using more of my vacation time for T2S. Not sure yet. But it would be nice to have extra time for travel instead of white knuckling it on Adderall like I had to lol. Not to mention more time for trails and comradery. Maybe then I wouldn't act like such an old man lol

Nothing lost or gained, so there's that.

I just wish I knew what I did to injure it in the first place. I honnesty think it's a permanent pain from a certain PT incident back in 2013 where I was fireman carrying another large dude

I'll take that. I'm glad you're not worse off. I was really worried, seeing it happen. That coulda been bad-der. I'm glad it wasn't.

To be fair (all Letterkenny fans must sing this. everyone else... you just don't know), acclimating to elevation is a real thing, it's actually called altitude sickness. In my younger years, for quite a few years, I was snowboarding almost every weekend, and even some weekday evenings. Up at high altitude on a regular basis, with no problems. Had a couple injuries requiring surgeries that changed things. Then I went back to breaking myself on 2 wheels on the dirt, but at low altitudes, mostly. I didn't go above 4k for probably 10 years. The trip to bear for San G was the first time I had actually felt what altitude sickness was all about, and knew nothing about it when it was happening. I just knew I felt like shit. I was up there around 48 hours and although I was too prideful to show it, I felt like shit pretty much the entire time. When I got home and looked into it, found out ...alot really. Heading up to Flagstaff, I knew better how to handle it. Move a little slower, drink 3X the water, and double carb intake. Also that it is an acclimation process, which will pass. I was in Flagstaff for 7 days. 1st 2 were rough, day 3 was better, the rest of the time I was back to normal-feeling. I won't call anybody out, but there are a few others that were feelin it as well (you know who you are). What did I learn? It's not worth going and staying at high elevation unless you'll be there at least 4 days, or can stop and sleep once or twice during the ascend. I'm posting this because it is something I didn't know existed, and seems to be somewhat taboo, as tough guys of course are not bothered by such a thing, or allowed to talk about it anyways. I hope this helps at least one of you guys that gets sick up on the mountain like a pussy ass little bitch......JAJAJAJAJAJA!!!!!

A few forced burps the first couple days helped quite a bit.
