That wouldn't happen if they had a 6th lug on each wheel.

No, I’m not that mean, lol. But I was afraid an arm might be dislocated. Of course, that tire has never hit a tree, so it might have found you if not for some heroics.

Isn’t there another 15% dedicated to lower ball joints though? like outside of the regular 10% breakage

I mean I've had my 06 Tundra since late 2018 and I've yet to change the LBJs. I don't even know how old they are or what brand they are. Maybe original to the truck lol

@kyle11863 if you V8 swap the pickup, I'll sponsor your nomination to join the honorary 1GT's.
Should be a Toyota V8, though others will be considered on a case by case basis.

Oooh Solo LCAs paired with TC LBJs, Kings, a bypass shock thingy and those off-road square cam bolts would be sweeet

I got rapid fire questions about weapons and firearms once when we were crossing for a family vacation. The coup de grace was “Have you ever been arrested?” to which I stuttered and said, “Not in Canada!”

whelp, that added another couple hours to the trip as we got to sit inside while they dig through my truck and luggage and ran background checks on myself, my wife, and our pre-teen daughters.

Best part was talking to a guy at a bike rental shop in Vancouver (BC) and telling him the story. He laughed and said that everyone that works border patrol was picked on in high school so they are taking it out on everyone now.

Just another reason to dislike Canada. Sometimes I wonder why we still let them exist as a country.

If I v8 swapped it wouldn’t be fair to you guys. My truck needs to have some flaw. I’d definitely be in a league of my own if this thing had a v8

A'hem..... Tundra ownership is an absolute requirement. Whether it be 1st, 2nd, Turd, or 3rd. Upon purchasing a Tundra, he will become eligible to be considered, and likely denied. As stated previously; this aint a gawd damn free for all for fucks sake. And let me remind you Casey, only a few days ago, Kyle referred to us first gens as "clowns". While I chose not to respond to the unwanted and irrelevant opinion, that doesn't mean I didn't hear it.

Vibe? WTF??? As self appointed honorary brand ambassador for 2nd gen Tundras you are in!, we don’t judge unless maybe you don’t care for someone else’s vibe…

Debated this, Kyle has a 0 gen, or -1 gen, can’t remember what we settled on.:D

I thought it was pre-taco pickup which i a 0 gen taco. 0 gen tundra would be the t100. And would be urged towards an ITB 1UZ swap for a winner take all setup.

Correct, that’s how we ended up with -1 gen in the mix. Not much thought went into it, just sounded good at the time.

The consensus I was told was 0 gen

It is a pre tacoma, but it also predates the T100 and is still considered a 1/2 ton truck like the Tundras so the lineage is still there. I’d say 0 gen still works and then .5 gen for the t100 :notsure:

I'm in cahoots to get some 'superduty' f350 axles and might skip the whole ifs long travel stuff. 8 lug will open wheel options, and i wont have to worry about halfshafts. Get me a marlin tacobox and send it through big metal.
