I am finally home. Survived Phoenix - after visiting Blanding, Utah, I've decided the basin isn't too bad after all.

 

Did you see Natural Bridges National Monument?

 

No -- it was on my itinerary and I was very close to it, but I was a little crunched on time. I did a few trails in the Bear Ears NM nearby and camped at the top of the Moki Dugway though, that was cool!

Next time I will visit Natural Bridges NM for sure, same with Hole-In-The-Rock. I can totally see myself going back to see more, possibly get a room or AirBnB in Moab/ Monticello another time. I'm sure the La Sals and out east towards Gateway are beautiful in the summer.

Me too. I'm already planning a trip to Utah next. Next spring potentially.

 

Depending on the weather, I'm thinking next year maybe doing Utah the week before T2S and then not staying as long at T2S.

 

So I've determined it's nearly impossible to order Cactus Cooler to Texas unless I go to Dallas, or want to pay $10 a 12pk plus $25 shipping. Fuck that
