This is what my Tundra needs to be doing more of. I’d like to go with it to share the experience.

We need to do a trip to the Ozarks. If you could help plan it, I would try to join. You probably have more knowledge of that area than me. I follow Ozark Overland on YouTube and he does some great trails there.

I'm planning to venture over there for the 2024 solar eclipse. Apparently all the campsites in Arkansas are selling out so I'll have to find a place off the beaten path.

I am close to it and have explored some of it, maybe 15% at best. Would be great to see some of the more out of the way areas. I need to dig into more of the OHV trails and see if there’s any that would be close to good camping. Every square inch of it is beautiful so you can’t go wrong. A trip in the spring would be better weather and good floating on the Buffalo.

I'm a little disappointed we spent all that time at t2s talking about lugnuts and cactus coolers when we could have been talking about motorcycles instead.

I almost brought mine too but the risk of it getting stolen off the back when I wasn't around was too much.

I feel that. I always try not to leave my truck unattended for too long at stops when the softopper is on and the bed of full of tools and camping gear, I'm always concerned about my yeti coolers, impact and party speaker getting stolen if I take too long somewhere

Caprices from what was it???... I think 94-96 were a perfect combo  good top end and a front and back seat that could comfortably sleep 4 :D

Tell me if you remember that 'floating' sensation at 130-135+ in those caprices (it felt abnormally smooth for what was happening on the outside at those speeds).....

You are correct sir. The 9C1 police package Caprice was a blend of a Corvette, Impala, and the Caprice wagon. OD was so freaking over it would just keep creeping. Shift out of 1st at 45mph, 2nd gear would get you to 80 and two gears left. It definitely had that classic big boat feel. Loved that car and got away with wayyyy more than I ever should have.
