That actually looks like a good truck. Wonder how heinous it is to turn in tight areas? I love the turning radius of my 1st Gen AC.

Too bad it's got a V6 and they've had so many QC/reliability probs.

I still had about 1000 rpm left. I think 145-7 is about top speed.

Gets scary up there. Something around 155 was my high score on my GSXR-600. Motorcycle speedos are off as much as 10% at higher speeds. Looking back it was dumb. Wouldn’t take much to ruin your day at those speeds. Man it was exhilarating though. The sounds that engine made at 13,000 rpm were intoxicating. Not the exhaust, just all that metal rolling around at high rpm was awesome

The zx6r got me up to 177 over the beltway 8 toll bridge. I averaged over 120 around 610 loop a couple times. No plates.

buell tops out around 135, but its gearing limited. Lots of power between 120-135.

I hit 145 one time but had 4,000 lbs of steel and sheet metal giving me a very false sense of protection.

94 Caprice with a LT1. Smoked a turbo’d Jetta / Passat and then the dude got pulled over a couple miles up the road.

I had a buddy with me - we were on our way home from the Green Day / Blink 182 / Jimmy Eat World concert in Phx. 2001 or 2002.

It's probably a larger turning radius than our 1st gen access cabs, but my 2.5 gen has a much smaller radius than my 1st gen. So the 8' bed on a 3rd gen DC may not be horrible.

Way back in the day when I was younger and (believe it or not) even dumber than I am now, I had a ZX750R that was race prepped and far from stock. One day I took it on I10 and pegged the spedo. It was thrilling, exciting, and very stupid. I have no clue how fast I actually went.
