I tried to order one, but it appears the useful idiots protesters have forced them to suspend sales.

    For those mid afternoon romps
There have been a lot of claims of record fires lately. They are only records if you only look back to the 70's or so. It looks like 2 government fire data sites have now removed most data before 1983. Our current burn acreage is well below what it has been historically. Burning forests are scary.

Traders have alighted on what some believe to be a one-way bet in the world’s most important commodity market: oil prices going to $100 a barrel.

They have scooped up call options tied to Brent and West Texas Intermediate crude-oil prices reaching $100 by the end of next year. Oil prices haven’t topped that milestone since 2014, when a gush of U.S. crude depressed energy markets.

I'm gonna look forward to it! Give me something good to wake up to before returning to the shit pit.

I took tonight off because I wasn't sure what time we'd be back home today, and didn't want to pull a 12 with no sleep like the old days.

Strolled into Costco and ended up with items I didn't know I needed per usual. Got some "wetsuit" seat covers to try out, a 13x13 Coleman popup, and a 64 oz growler. Couldn't go home with an empty growler either :notsure:

This happened as well. End of the month will mark 17 years we've had this truck.

Yep. I use the local dealer via the online deal at parts.toyota.com to take a few $ off per qt.

Yea.... we don’t. Shitty, but come to find out it’s a HUGE headache for a dealer to get setup with the system when it’s a smaller department.

Can someone tell me why it's so hip to give inanimate objects a gender? And why do those people point out that gender repeatedly in a conversation? I find it particularly annoying when some one comes to look at my camper and starts referring to it as a her or she. I try to squeeze in something along the lines of "oh but no, this one's a boy". I even see it applied to the legendary first gen tundra.

I have no idea why. Humans will pack bond with anything they enjoy. Hell, people give their room roombas names.

I find myself applying he/she terms to things sometimes, but do my best to refrain. Can't explain why though.

The tundra is clearly a man. Not a girl, woman, or boy!

But all my vehicles are referred to by “tundra” for the tundra. The “truck” for the 01 Tacoma and I guess I now have 2 02s in the family (the other Tacoma... well plural now) shit I am going to need to name these things now because I have multiples!

I barely bother with peoples names, but ive called the tundra ‘the titan’ a couple times by mistake. People ive known for years still get called by their aol IM name from junior high.

but my dog identifies as a child, so i guess mr.tundra can identify as a nissan if she wants to.

My wife named my tundras Sarah and Betty. I've tried my best to ignore her but she's also driving them once a month while I'm gone so I'll let her slide for now.

Names seem to be normal human behavior.

Tundra2 I sure do like your truck. What's her name? She sure does have a pretty deer guard. Do you ever wash her? She sure would feel nice after a clay bar.
