Did you ever get an answer for this? I'm looking to run a 275/60R20 (32.99×10.8) on a Bilstein 6112 front at 3rd setting = 1.9" on a 20x9 0mm and I can't find anyone running that offset, tire size, and level/lift....

This tire size fits with no lift on stock 20" wheels.

0 offset is really way too aggressive for Tundras according to most of the posts on the web.
The sweet spot is usually+20 to +30 offset wheels.

I doubt this will work without major trimming/CMC.

Thanks for the reply! I never did find a wheel I thought I'd be happy with that wasn't +1 or 0 or a negative offset. In my personal opinion, other colors like MGM for example are a lot more forgiving than Super White and I probably would have went with an 18" wheel with a +20 and been perfectly fine with it. I guess I'm not understanding how 0 can be way too aggressive.... its only 0.787" more than a +20. And my thinking was that a 0 offset would give me more inner clearance than a +20.

Stock wheels are +60 so 0 is pretty aggressive. (60mm ÷ 25.4 = 2.36") With that being said, I didn't think it would be too aggressive.....

I run 18's on a 0 offset and my tires are flush with my Bushwacker flares.

0 offset is very aggressive. But you can make it work with smaller tires. Personally, I like a higher offset with the largest tires possible. It’s not so much that it only sticks out .787” further than the +20’s. It’s because the turning arc of the wheel gets larger. Not a whole lot, but just enough to cause rubbing. Kinda like comparing the arc of the middle of your windshield wiper to the end of the wiper. The arc at the end of the wiper is way bigger. A little exaggerated but that’s essentially what is happening.

Yes, those help quite a bit. But only on the front. You’ll still have to address the rubbing on the cab mount.

With a 33"? I was hoping that these guys running a 275/60R20 on a 20x9 +1mm with minor rubbing, that a 20x9 0mm would be fine too? I only see CMC with 35's.

I mean, I can call or email Shock Surplus and see about having my front struts set at 2.5" instead of 1.9" and add Shackles in the rear if that will clear?

I'm already going about $1k over what I originally planned on spending anyways. ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

No BMC, front mud flaps removed, no rubbing.

A little aggressive but not too aggressive IMO. If I decide I don’t like it, I will add the flares.

Any chance you could give us a shot down the side of the truck to see how far the wheels stick out? I was thinking of going black rhino rapid's which are a 10 mm offset.

Absolutely though it’s kind of hard to tell from the pic I’m right on the edge of what I’m comfortable with but I decided I’m ok with it. If I decide otherwise I can always soften it with some OEM flares. BADA3DB8-41CA-4C99-9AFD-A11AAA7282B7.jpg

Sorry guys, I wasn't trying to start a flame war.

I used a bit too much hyperbole.
    It is not too aggressive.

But by aggressive, I just meant it requires a good amount of effort/modification to use compared to the sweet spot of +20-30.
It also pushes the wheels out more risking paint damage requiring more mods to protect that.

At the end of the day, having all the mods to run 0 and even negative offset the right way looks awesome, and I sometimes wish I could go that far to.

i am thinking that the 33s will wipe out the lack of offset (vs a +20 or +25). so you should be okay with just plastic modifications. if you need more definitely get the coachbuilder bumper shims. i would not think going higher on the lift would help - thats not where they will rub.

I think we as a forum should tell everyone "Look, if you have a purposeful build where you have reasons behind your offset, go for it, if you are on a forum asking about offset, buy +25 and call it a day". Like, recommend +25 to everyone.

You are probably right, the mods required to run 0 offset and larger tires are outside the ability of most.
