    Guys-
I'm looking for a back-lighted switch for to use with a rigid light bar. I want to use the blank spot next to the "Tow/Haul switch to install it. I'm finding tons of types/kinds. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've ben to OTRATTW and other sights, but so many options!
    Thanks
    Z.

Check out AirOnBoard. They have switches specifically for the Tundra, excellent quality and tons of options.

Thanks guys - I'm just learning about switches. It is a bit more complicated then "Do I want a toggle or rocker"? I know I need a switch that is rated for the amps, and learning about single/double throws ect.

For example - I want to change out my TC switch to something that is customized (Maybe have it say "Beast Mode"). I guess I could pull the switch and try to figure it out.

Can anyone tell me if my thinking is correct - the Trac Control switch is a simple push button, and although there are different action the switch takes, those actions are controlled by holding the switch in to apply power to the trac control computer in the truck?

They are push.... These switches are an exact fit. Some of the others on Amazon and so forth are bigger. I wanted the so called factory look. You can customize as well.

I’ve seen a lot of write ups on this topic lately and curious on feedback on both SPOD and Switch-Pro. Looking for pro and cons of each. I love the set up from sdhq with the switch pro. Curious if you could get a similar setup with a SPOD would you do it.

@BlueBottle i’d love to hear your thoughts.

Push button locking for tow haul. If it was momentary then tow haul would turn off when you took finger off. Momentary only works when depressed and held. I used a Mictuning left of steering wheel for my light bars. Prefer push button over rocker. Fit is perfect.

6" Rough Country lift on 35" Toyo Open Country MT's on Moto Metal MO970's, 30 inch grille led bar, rear bumper mounted cube leds, rocklights, stereo upgrade, bed Backflip, dual exhaust
Ditto on Air on Board or Mictuning switches. They have several colors and logo designs to fit stock Toyota switch holes.

Easy, push it and if it locks on on position it is not momentary. Momentary switches are used in apps like boat tilt and trim where you only want power when holding the switch in on position. Would not want for lights unless you want to hold switch to operate them.

Thanks man, that makes sense on lights. But for other functions on the truck like Tow/Haull VSC then it is not quite as obvious...
