As the title suggests new member with my second tundra. My first one was a 2nd gen AC stock aside from the stereo and just used it as a daily. Now I have a mechanics special 03 Tundra AC 4x4 with the 4.7 V8. For Michigan it fairly rust free. Not Southern or Cali rust free, but definitely a solid frame with no rust on the panels.

Don't let the driveway picture fool you.

    • 4wd doesn't work, needs CV axles
    • steering rack rebuild
    • drivers window motor was bad and has since been replaced
    • headers due to exhaust leak and rust damage
    • Has an ancient suspension put on it not sure how much of a lift it has yet
    • Ohh and a tree fell on the roof and the fly by night bondo job that looks like a it was done by a trackhouse drywaller as chunks are now missing.

Plan on slowly doing a light prerunner build as I am minutes from the dunes out in Western Michigan. But who knows how far I'll take it. Figured I would do this as I had to quit riding my motorcycle due physical limitations and need a new way to get some dirt therapy.
