    Hi,

Starting to troubleshoot my TPMS light on a 2013 Tundra and will document it here because it seems like the only thread out there for 2nd gen is really old. But I will link to that below.

When I bought the truck not long ago it had stock wheels and the TPMS light was on.
When the truck was started, it would flash for a minute or so then go solid.
I tried the reset procedure in the user manual and it did not solve it.

Then I bought all new wheels and tires and TPMS sensors from Tire Rack.
Same issue, when truck is started, flashes for a minute or so, then goes solid.

Sometimes, when I'm driving, I have noticed that the light will go out. At at least one time, I took the opportunity to hold the reset button and it did do the expected 3 blinks then off thing or whatever the manual says. I'm not sure I waited 7 minutes after that like some people say. I think the manual says "several minutes" or something like that.

Then later I asked what people think the pressure should be in my new non stock size tires.
And I set the fronts at 42psi and the rears at 40psi.

I think after that, at some point, the light went out and I did the reset procedure and it responded as expected.

But then later the light came back on, when truck started, blinking for a minute or so, then solid the whole drive.

So then I decided to put the recommended pressure in that is listed inside the door jam. Something like 30 and 33.

Then drove for several trips, same behavior, blinks for a minute, then solid the whole drive.

Today I found the light was off, so ran the reset, and it responded, and the light went out.
I think I drove 2 more trips today and the light is still off.
I did not wait several minutes like I was supposed to, forgot about that. But it's still off.
Pressures are as stated on door jam 30 and 33.

I'm going to drive like this until I see if it comes back on.

If it does, I may replace the antenna because that solved it for the other guy in the other thread here:

    Thanks!

The TPMS light is back on. When truck is started, flashes for about a minute and then goes solid.
