Sounds great and shifts smooth. Mine is a tiny bit harsh at WOT shifts.

I did a wot run in 2-3 and let off at 5000rpm in 4th. Just making sure PE is set and think the shifting is finally to my liking.

Adjusting throttle vs pedal angle by 45% and shifting rpm has made it almost normal with the 95mm TB.
I didn't do adjustments with the 103mm ans it was like an on/off switch, but it did move! It was a crappy one that had other issues.
The 95mm is doing well. Whe @reywcms gets his in and @snivilous works his MOJO it will be sweet.

@reywcms and I started working through tuning his truck the past couple days with the 103. I started with the air load table based on the changes @Mdl came up with and decreased the low end of the table by 30%. Rey said that made some difference to the shifting. I then reduced the entire table by 30% and he said it was way worse and the truck would hardly move at half throttle. We decided to flip around and go the other direction, so we increased the entire table 30% (relative to stock) and Rey said that made a huge difference and the truck felt nearly spot on. I haven't put much brain power towards why Rey's truck wanted the desired air load increased and Mike's wanted it decreased. Maybe the huge intake on Rey's truck made a difference, but Mike has a pretty big intake too? Maybe it's the different TB controller?

The next tune for Rey we increased it to a 40% step up for the whole table, TBD on how that behaves.

I'll probably do the same thing for @armyoffoo, just flip between increasing and decreasing the table and see which gets the results desired. We didn't touch anything else in the tune, just the Airflow -> Electronic Throttle -> Desired Air Load (Torque Based) table.

At the beginning it was the suggested direction to go as we were limited on available data in HPT for Toyota.
So I'll try to revert all that crap and just go with the air load table....it did help me learn some things about hpt. Ha

Edit...Thanks @snivilous for the table. Will load it later and let you know how it goes!

New intake and TB netted me 2 psi over the previous 4.5 and rcf tb. Final tune is in and the truck drives amazing. Thanks to @snivilous and @Mdl!

Sweet! I'm adjusting mine also to see where it's at. Seems I took the reverse approach to compensate the airload. Happy it all came together!

Grab a nice 5 inch intake and weld a few bungs and your good to go.

I've already got most of the supplies I need, but I wasn't sure about the throttle body coupler size, got that ordered yesterday.

It's a whole other animal though I'm at 95mm TB but @snivilous wrote a new tune from scratch and by the 2nd revision it just moves!

I've had to fight tooth and nail to get @armyoffoo tune to move enough fuel and still run normally. I'm wondering if using the +57% airload from your tune which seemed to randomly richen it out if that will actually help with @armyoffoo to get his truck to richen out more. Might be a win win (knock on wood).

It's very odd that when we moved from the 50% to 57% how much the AFR changed. Must be a threshold value in there between the two.

That sounds plausible. When he increased it on mine the 2nd revision it did get richer and had to back off PE.
