    Solid responses, thanks!

Before the hot streak ends, anyone know the part number for the clear triangular piece of paint protection that goes in front of the rear wheels? Looking for the passenger side for a double cab.

Greased my u joints today. The rear end of the front driveshaft was a little tricky. Really missing my Tacoma where it was lifted 2.5” and I could easy move around under it.

I've got zero bounce in mine. Everything is attached to a Ram Mount. Picture for reference. Excuse the bunched-up dash mat, it was brand new.

I replaced my right rear passenger tire today following a flat out on the highway yesterday. The tire was too chewed up to salvage, and was unfortunately only about 5 months old. So I ponied up a little over $300.00 for a new tire, and now I'm good as new. Less three hundred but good as new.

I'm curious but no road warranty at all? Only 5 months old, unless you trashed a spiked board on the way.

Went to visit a friend and show him my new 2010 RCSB and got to compare to his 2020 DC. His is a top line model, leather interior with all the power options. But neat pic to show the design difference side by side. I like the looks of my 2010 better, looks meaner! Not as nose big, square. It his was $40K more expensive than mine, so there is that! Here is it. IMG_1534.jpg

These are on my buddies 2020 DC. But I’m hoping someone here recognizes the make? They are 74” and have really sturdy well made brackets. I’d like to put a set on my RCSB. So any eagle eyes can let me know manufacturer I’d appreciate it. IMG_1529.jpg IMG_1531.jpg

Ugh... those are just rails attached to the body. not much protection offroad. you really want rails that mount to the frame

I have off road sliders on my Land Cruiser. This truck isn't for off road. Its for farm duties and hauling stuff.
The old Lady likes it lower and the steps will help. We are both a bit shorter in the leg than most.
Just to screw with you all, it's getting SOS lowering kit and airbags over the summer. So I can drive
in winter without usual pick-up instability.

Last week I took advantage of a break in bad weather that aligned with a break away from work, and got my winch installed.

A couple of months ago, I attempted to install the bumper and winch together, when the winch wouldn't clear the heat exchanger water pump for the super charger. I was short on time, so I put the bumper on without the winch.

Not wanting to be bothered with rerouting the pump plumbing, I opted to mount the winch control box to the side of the winch and mount the pump to the winch frame. Good, bad, who's to say. I drilled and tapped the winch frame and installed two bolts to mount the pump. Worked like a charm!

Next up was wiring. Before installing anything, I tested the power draw on the winch with it switched off, and found it still draws power. No thanks. I picked up a 500 amp Stinger relay/isolator and wired it to my Auxbeam switch to use as an on/off trigger for the winch.

Lastly, I switched out the Smittybilt hook for a Factor 55 Ultrahook. Needless to say, my mallcrawler is now able to winch its way out of parking lots and gas stations, if the need were to arise!

It was pretty easy install for the most except the 3 clips on each of the front flares that are needed to install. Those took the longest time for me as it needed to be aligned just right. These are Tyger brand from Amazon.
