    Thanks!
SEM Prep, Adhesion Promoter, and Trim Black (you'll only use 1< can of paint for the gauge cluster surround). The bezels can (and should) be removed for prep and paint. Word of advice - thoroughly clean the surfaces with the plastic prep. I found that using this Scotch-Brite pad on every smooth surface (like the gauge bezels and armrest trim pieces) during the prep phase, promoted adhesion.

    C4 front bumper is done(ish)!

Tried installing it with the winch, but the winch makes contact with the intercooler water pump, so that'll have to get relocated. Instructions say to leave 0.5"-0.75" reveal between the fascia and bumper but I think I'm going to close that gap a bit. I'll probably do that once I get the water pump situation figured out and drop the bumper for the winch.

Thank you, good sir! Honestly, Mrs. PolishedTRD and I had planned to pull the trigger on a new 3rd gen but compromised instead - I get to throw money at this old reliable beast and she'll get a new GX, haha.
As for the sliders, I wish they would double as sliders, but they're AMP Research PowerSteps.

That makes sense why they look so tucked in. Anyhow I think you made a great choice in building the truck you want instead of upgrading to new. Again, it's looking pretty dialed in now.

If you’ve got higher mileage start throwing some Max Life Valvoline oil in it and it’ll slow that leak down before it starts getting bad

Is that any different than 0w-20 mobile one high mileage full synthetic? I always use that with their filter, that autozone bundle package lol

Nope, they’re both good, I personally think Valvoline is better, we use it at the shop for almost everything

Without the Optitron cluster you will only unlock a couple extra mpg and distance to empty monitors up near the existing clock.

The Amazon reviewers video is an ok one showing them.

That's kinda what I thought and I honestly didn't care too much. But after watching the video in the reviews I think a $35 upgrade may be in my cards. Thanks again @Shanet421

I like it! I'll have to follow your lead... again, haha.

Go down the rabbit hole! From my understanding, Rock Warriors are plug and play while some of us SR5 guys had to add a couple of wires.

I have the wiring just sitting back there. Simple plug and play. Think you'd get more out of it than me with the optitron cluster though. BTW here's where I ended up buying my 4x4 switch. Best price I found.

Haha I am merely following those who came before me.

I would agree with the Optitron being more unlocked with the info switch. I have loved mine since installing.

Look closely for rock warriors. You have to modify your upper lip

I can't stop staring at it, haha.
Correct. I think all models but the limiteds will require you to cut the bumper shell. C4 has a video and thoroughly explains how/where to cut. Other than finding a comfortable position to cut, it wasn't bad.

It was more painful having to wait 8 weeks for it! Haha

Thanks. My (used) truck came with a heavy offroad bumper, that got rid of the upper lip. It’s rusting away. So I’ll have to add it back.

I’ve been trying to find a bumper that doesn’t use the upper lip. But I haven’t found anything that I actually like.

I love the C4 style. Just wish it didn’t need the upper lip.

I'm with you. I like the c4 bumper but keeps that bumper facia and I'm not a fan. @BashFab makes one that doesn't keep it. Once I pull the trigger, thats the one I'm likely going with due to it not needing to use that upper lip bumper piece. Now I just gotta convince the wife that it's "a need..."
