The 50/50 mix can help you with timing and run it a little leaner for more power with the larger nozzle pintles.
I haven't noticed it affecting my afr's at the 70/30 mix and I have no way of measuring IAT to see if additional cooling is happening. Just trusting the literature and experiences of others.

Can I just get confirmation that this is the correct hookup for the pcv catch can?

green pcv valve under blower to top port on catch can
Middle blower port that had small vac line from it to pcv valve… over to side port on catch can.

Saw someone earlier in this thread put some adhesive heat shield material on the bottom of the blower. Is that worth doing? I know the cool kids wrap everything in gold, but this stuff was silver.

There's a lot of debate on how much they help, but yeah, it's a thing
    https://fiinterchillers.com/product/thermal-blanket/

Edit: I plan on doing it next time I have the blower off, every little bit of thermal protection helps in my opinion

Alright finally got wideband bung welded on and ready for psb-1. Now just have to tie in the 02 sensor, find a vacuum line on this 2650 and get map sensor hooked, and wire up gauge.

Only 85 pages to go til im caught up on this thread...

Can the maggie base tune deal with the SABM or would I need to wait to do that until I can tune it for real?

Where are you located? Plugs aren't a bad idea I dont think, but not necessarily needed. I'm doing the same setup but with a 2.2" super Sniv pulley... I'm excited!!

You could go a bit colder with ikh24's normal gap .032 to .028. It's been said if you are running higher psi you can gap smaller to prevent spark blowout. I gapped to .021 but it's overkill. Will gap up and see if I get better rpm response.

Edit: **We aren't running 20psi plus so gapping down may affect drivability. I haven't seen it but will gap up next chanaccordingly.

Re-read some stuff I had. Ikh22 gapped at .032 good for 8psi. 10 psi and up gap to .028 or run ikh24 at .032 to .028. Look at condition of plugs plugs and change accordinly.

Finally getting around to install my psb-1 which has been collecting dust for months. Are you wiring up a relay for power or tapping into 12v switched from a specific location?

I tapped off a switched 12v that feeds my remote start. Had a hell of a time finding a switched 12v that would reach the psb-1, damn conductors they give are short. Ground for the black and white, I'm not auto dimming was easy, bolt under dash within reach.

There is a nice spot under the dash near your left knee that supplies 12v with ignition. It’s a blank spot right now. It’s like the 6th from the bottom when you’re upside down looking up at the fuse panel. You’ll see what I mean once you set eyes on it.

FYI- this is the brass npt that you need for the 2650 boost tap: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VHH9J3S

Installing this was kinda a bitch lol. First off not impressed by the mount. Had to fab it to fit the psb-1 interference with dial ring, screws to mount to column to damn small. Ran the map sensor and have it ready cause no nipple supplied with the Maggie smh. 02 sensor ran to exhaust, biggest bitch was removing my cat plate to screw sensor on bung. Wired up and tie wrapped real nice just need that nipple:cool:

Nice setup. That sucks not knowing about the nipple. Thought the company would install and cap it for you...

That's what I thought at first, I was bitching lol. I was most disappointed with the mount! Damn thing was so loose wobbled around, gauge ring was all smashed against the pod, rear mount to pod holes not even close to lining up, me cursing in the driveway haha

Most do have to mod that pod mount setup. I put mine in the dash under the cluster. I can view it but not as easy as the steering wheel mount.
Edit: *I probably posted this pic before. But a decent setup for gen 2's afr and sniv's lower console pod mod for afr, boost or fuel psi.

I run tapped power off the left 12V outlet, and I run the dimmer off or of the switches that light up (tow haul or trac off for example). Not sure if the 2.5 gen is different than the 2.0 in regards to 12V outlet powering (the right outlet stays on after ignition turns off for example). Though keep in mind the gauges I've mounted are in the center console where the brake controller would otherwise be.

Another great idea. I got a little too busy with yard work and didn't get a chance to start today. I like the idea of tapping the switch for the dimmer functionality.
