I did the exact same with mine. I love the SX blackout package, but who wants to advertise the entry level SR5 package, right?

I've had the overlays and they work just fine. It depends on how they did the emblems. If they didn't strip the chrome off before painting black, then expect the paint to flake off at some point. On the other hand, if these are molded in black, then the gaps in the letters look way better vs. the overlays which fill in the spaces. Guess is depends on what you want. Looks... durability, etc.

Finally got the Retrax HD aluminum tonneau cover, Yakima overhaul HD with 78" bars, Yakima medium offgrid basket with extention, Yakima side bars and the Maxtrax recovery boards. Got the Rotopax water and fuel for the other side but they didn't have the T-slot brackets in stock so those have to wait. Next up, the TRD lift kit and either 35's or 37's. Still up in the air on a BMC. What do you think so far?

sorry I'm just getting a chance to get on here and see your post!...so I have all my accessories (which is a lot...lol) ran to my 12 gang switch panel...I also have my winch ran direct to battery with a cutoff switch inline (mounted under hood)...I have videos on all my installs posted on my channel if they would help!...feel free to message me with anything as well, always happy to lend a hand!

Your videos have helped me quite a bit! First Tundra specific channel I subscribed to when I bought my truck a couple of months ago, and the one I go back to the most! I'll be doing the RC Front Winch mount and following your winch install video with the switch. Going with the RC Winch, as the Zeake isn't available anywhere.

Replaced the matte chrome inserts with black ones from Sparks. Too much money for what they are but I think the rear looks much cleaner.

Wife’s new platinum. The ol’ 18 limited off road is still going strong and problem free. Her 22 Yukon at4 with 6.2 spun a main bearing at 14k. Hoping for better reliability with Toyota.

Thank you, I appreciate that!!...love hearing that the videos are helpin out, that's awesome...yea that Zeak sold out super quick and now ya can't find it anywhere...I've had several viewers ask me about it so I keep an eye out as well but it's impossible to find anymore...it's a shame, cause it's an awesome winch, especially at the price point!...let me know how ya like the RC!

I definitely will. I'm still considering what lift to go with, and how much. I'm probably a couple of weeks away from pulling the trigger on a few things from RC, and a couple of other places. Thank you for the awesome videos!

picked up this 22 Sport and immediately removed the red tundra stickers and replaced the giant chrome emblem with the OEM black one just like everyone else. Next will be removing the tailgate letter inserts. I just like the tailgate better without them.

Picked up my TRD Off-Road Limited this morning. Changed the tires out in the afternoon, added lettering to the tailgate and front grille and put the bed step on in the evening. Tomorrow I will put on Talons cat protector and TRD skid plate on.

Added the Talons cat protector and TRD skid plate this morning. Getting those nuts for those 3 long bolts on the cat protector at the top of the cross members in not an easy chore. A few swear words at them and then they listened and went on.
