2015 SR5 TRD package: I have a 2.5" spacer lvl kit on the front and had my truck aligned at a Toyota dealer however I am still getting wear on the outside shoulders. I have noticed it looks like the wheels have a slight angle \ /. I recently put on load range E LTX2s. They have about 5000 miles on them. I do want to get myself some Open Countrys and the BOSS kit but not just yet, just bought a travel trailer.

I think from what I have read alignment is tricky with our trucks with the stock UCAs. Are the SPCs from TOYTEC the way to go? IMG_0020.jpg

At 2.5" you shouldn't have problems. Maybe the dealer doesn't know that the alignment numbers aren't stock after the lift.

I ask for .1 toe .1 camber and 2-3 degrees of caster. I've currently got 6 degrees of camber and can't reduce it because of my Camburg UCA's (i think). I'm not an alignment guru but @jberry813 knows his poop.

Yep, just had it redone Saturday. Dave (coachbuilder) told me 2-3 for clearance with his steering kit and I can't get there. Camburg UCA's move the top of the wheel farther back than any other (from what I've been told). It looks like I'm gonna have to switch UCA's. It drives nicely with 6 degrees but I can't fit my pinky finger between the spring perch and the tie rod.

    Picture please.

6 degrees seems a bit much.

OP, first off, ditch the spacer lift and get a Toytec Boss lift. Much better lift, much better ride quality. Secondly, any UCA over stock will help your alignment issues. I'm partial to Total Chaos uniball, but it's not for everyone.

It's causing a lot of rubbing, driver side cab mount. What would you like a picture of? I'm happy to snap a photo.

    Spring perch/tie rod.

Could always do the cab mount chop, but I'd get your alignment in check.

The SPC uppers are nice since they are a daily driver/ weekend warrior or light off road style control arm.
Factory style arm, greasable, facotry style ball joint designed to be adjustable to insure your alignment is within spec the first time without any issues.

The chaos arms are more or less a higher end performance style control arm, full tubular design, reinforced trussed style mounting points at the poly bushing, greasable zerks at the poly bushings to insure proper flow of the arm and a stainless steel 1" uniball. Proper caster specs are built into the arms themselves so no adjustments are needed but more maintenance I required to keep them at least at par.

Yeah, general consensus is that you don't need ucas until 3" lift or more. Not necessarily true, my alignment was really close with 2.5" lift. But going to the spc's seems to have fixed my trac issues and the truck drives way better. Every truck is a little different, so you may need them.

Thanks for the breakdown on the different UCAs you have. I don't do a lot of extreme off roading, but she does spend time off the paved surfaces. I do tow, just picked up a travel trailer. Looking to upgrade the suspension after the stocks are done.

Does the BOSS have any issues with having airbags? I have the ride rite kit installed.
