The letter portion itself? Why are you trying to replace it?

Second this (The above). I have seen some pictures and YouTube videos that don't look like the end result that I want. But @awr1211 & @Eborseti22, yours look great.

I was thinking of doing just that. Order these and install some after market seat heaters between the cloth seats and the new covers. Has anybody tried this? If so how did it work out? The good and the bad. TIA

Now I see it. I've never seen where you can get just that piece. That shift assembly is over $500.

Meguiar's PlastX. You'll want to disassemble it some first. Mine looked like that. The other parts were painted. That portion just got 2/3 applications of PlastX. Not the best pic, but this is it now:

Before (how I bought it, broken):

    After:

What the wrecker had was without the front buttons, and there are other differences such as the metal bracket shown below. The opening for the button just needed cutting out. The screw holes and reinforcement were there. Rotary tool with a carbide burr and some sandpaper did the job. The process:

appreciate it! I really did have low expectations. You just never know with some things. Figured worst case they’d be returned. With Prime I have a whole (probably for worse) change in attitude because it’s so easy to return stuff and not really have any exposure if it’s not what you wanted.

I hope someone chimes in about heaters. Curious if that’s a real possibility between the cover and factory seat.

is this your stock grill in center? I like how this looks. I've got a 2018 1794 w/ all that chrome in the middle, looking to change it.

My truck is a Limited so it originally had the limited grill which is similar to your 1794 grill but not chrome. I was given the grill that's in the "before" photo which is the honeycomb style but had the chrome surround. The after photo shows the honeycomb grill with painted white surround which was bought as a complete unit.

Im now in the same situation as you, and trying to see the cheapest, best option to color match the bumper shells.
Any idea what you'll go with?

Finished installing the Vleds front and rear footwell lights. So nice. I was worried that the dim, driving setting would be too bright. It's perfect.

I can buy painted to match bumper corners, but I'm going to try something with the chrome ones first to see if it works out ok. I'll post pictures of the finished product once I complete it.

I love the radio. I have only had it installed for a few days but I haven't had any issues so far. It also made my speakers come alive. My kid loves it because he gets to watch netflix while he rides around. I was hesitant at first because of all the bad stuff I saw online. I joined the facebook group and saw that most of the people that were having issues didn't have a Toyota so I took the chance and I am glad I did.
