Aloha! How long have you lived on Oahu? Have you used the traction mats? Currently shopping around for a pair but not sure which brand to get.

How far past 0 miles were you? I just recently ran my tank til i showed 3-4 miles left without my fuel light on and it was 30.5 gallons to fill up.

I was 50-60 miles past what the gauge tells me is empty. I don’t normally do that but it was a long late day yesterday. Knowing I have that extra 8 gallons past empty is handy sometimes. Never want to be in the habit of doing that though, pretty sure that reservoir is to keep the fuel pump cool

@Totmacher where did you get the switch plate for the business card slot? It looks great and I like there are no visible screws.

Mostly for the beaches. For traction recovery there are the standard hard plastic or the flexible plastic. Depends what your looking for. I chose the flexible traction mat as it contours the ground a little better and this one has small metal traction bolts on the rubber, having a bag and gloves where bonus. Only recently had time to custom make velcro straps and found these metal zip tie combination lock that are easy to lock/remove when needed

Right? I just filled up maybe 2 weeks ago (give or take a day) and it was $2 and change. Maybe 2.19?

I think I might go top off in a bit. :(

I can see how flexible plastic usefulness in the sand. Wondered if the hard plastic would hold up better in Arizona. Although leaning more towards the flexible plastic. Like the added bag. Thanks.
