Finally got my EBC brakes it. Fronts had some bad wobble once they heated up. Went with the yellow stuff pads.

I have been thinking about re-doing my entire brake system also. Let us know if there is a noticeable difference in braking with your truck.

Man I’ve been dying to knock this out. You did a great job! What did you use to black out the dash? Did you do the window switch bezels also?

Sealed my front doors. Now for the rears. If you ve ever applied sound deadener to the doors you may have noticed that parts of the door panels actually enters the voids, (the holes), in the door metal. It takes a little work, but I was able to seal off the inside of the front doors, (besides the weep holes for rain water). My fronts doors are actually enclosures now. All in the name of sound quality:D

Thought of doing something similar with the coin holder. Did you simply cut the separators out and stick the mount in there? I use the same mount and this install looks cleaner.

Rised the front with 3 inch spacers , rised the back with 2 inch spacers , added fender flares, added wheel spacers 40mm and upgraded to drilled front discs

drove it 2,200 miles round trip to drop my daughter off at college and managed to check off a bucket list item...a professionally guided fly fishing trip (in idaho). idaho has some beautiful cutthroat trout. truck didn't skip a beat at all. never has after 13yrs of ownership. supercharger and big brake kit made this trip effortless.

I pulled the coin holder out and apart. Drilled a hole through it and into the ball piece of mount. Used a one inch screw to attach. Didn’t mess with the separators. Mounted above them. Had to cut a v-notch in front piece for the nut that goes on the ball is all. I can take an angled pic of that if interested

Rustoleum texturized matte black. Several thin coats or it will run. Only downfall is it’s rough so only clean with something that has no lint. I actually pulled the trim rings from the dash piece and will be painting them a metallic red to match the shifter and climate knob screws.
I haven’t done the window switch bezels yet but they are on the to do list as well.

    • 3.5" Maxtrac Spindle Lift • 2.5" Spacer • Monster XD778 18 x 9 wheels, +18 Offset • Nitto Ridge Grappler 325/65 R18 (34.6 x 12.8 - temporarily back on the 32s until I can decide on gears) • Nitro 5:29 Gears (awaiting installation - on hold for now) • Black/smoke headlights • Clazzio custom leather seats • Boss Wireless Android Auto head-unit • Backup camera
These @Toytec Lifts bumper spacers took care of the rubbing on the bumper in reverse. Hindsight, I probably should have gone with a narrower tire (325/65 R18, roughly 35 x 13) which I didn't think would be a problem with a 6" lift, but the bumper spacers did the job. And the 1/2" push-out on the bumper is only noticeable at a specific angle, and even when I look at it, it isn't a big deal. I'm happy.

And thanks to Toytec for the quick shipping. I wanted to get these installed over the weekend. I placed the order last Tuesday, and had them on Friday.

Finally received my head unit after waiting almost two months, Teyes CC3. Worth the wait this QLED screen is amazing. It’s got a lot of features and I probably won’t be utilizing all of them just yet. My aux port was going out, bluetooth will get me by for now until I figure out apple CarPlay, thinking I’ll have to get a carlinkit adapter.

Changed the oil and installed an aluminum oil filter housing. Do you think the crush washer was reused last time?

I've reused the crush washer 4x before with no leaks. Looks like it.
Did you do the fumoto valve as well?

It was my attempt at a joke. That crush washer was wrapping out and around the bolt flange. The oil drain plug was over torqued as well.

I did not install a fumoto valve.

Sounds great much better than stock, made the crappy stock speakers actually sound decent.

The brand is from mother Russia, I discovered it after seeing a lot of people on here had purchased dasaita which is comparable. I think Teyes is better though for now as far as features, hardware/components, and screen quality especially.

Lol I need to lighten up
I am always so worried about stripping that pan bolt, even with a torque wrench... just don't want that level of headache from a 15min job.
I just did the aluminum housing, but screwed up the housing plug o-ring and had a leak. Now I'm scrubbing the driveway.

    Bummer!
I tried to pre saturate the filter with clean oil and overfilled the housing.
This cartridge design and the long intervals make it so I never complete a change without a mess. This was my first on the Tundra, but my Sienna has the same filter design and I make a mess every single time. Last time I changed the Sienna I fumbled the little plastic drain nipple for the filter housing and got used oil everywhere. I gave up and removed it full like a spin on oil filter and, of course, made a mess because the removable portion of the oil filter housing only makes up a fraction of the oil filter cavity.

My Tundra was last serviced by the dealer. Based on the mangled crush washer, over torqued drain plug and the the overtight skid plat bolts, I'm going to keep doing this myself.

For the oil drain plug, sneak up on 30ft lbs, no fear of stripping.
