HikeIt x9 received and installed. For now I just bundled things together via a Velcro’s strap and tucked wiring under the side of the center console. Have to work on a permanent location once I finalize where the controller will actually live.

Yes. More driving modes plus an anti-theft mode that does not allow acceleration from idle. Only thing of note is that it does not have Bluetooth so needs to remain where you can reach it for adjustments but the control unit is tiny. Probably 2” wide by 1” tall and 3/8” thick. There was a discussion in this thread about this one and a few others out there: https://www.tundras.com/threads/whos-using-a-throttle-controller-worth-it.87306/

Just admiring the tank. Also finished my little drain tube mod for a cleaner look.

I'm wanting to get these to replace the amber lens on my tow mirrors. Has anyone else done this and do they have white led's, or are they still amber led's, just in a clear/smoked housing?

Be careful the first time you use it. I had it in sport mode level 8 from a stop light and it was pretty touchy. Think tow/haul button but even more responsive! Not sure I am even brave enough to turn on HikeIt mode!

I figure I'd go somewhere on the weekend in an open parking lot before i started messing with modes. I test drove a '13 before i bought my '14 and was surprised at how touchy it was.

Luckily, my years of not buying anything for myself has allowed me a lot of leeway in terms of my truck and buying anything for it. Trying to keep it in check but a lot is for pulling our TT so I have lots of wiggle room.

Had to do the red. White with red accents looks good, IMO.

Looks like another RetraxOne MX out there amongst the herd! I like what you did with the drain tube. Must plagiarize this for mine! I’m thirsting for that Yakima Overhaul HD rack, but as per usual with Yakima, it’s full retail everywhere you look!

I used it to load up the yearly spring steer. I think this one was a 700lb+ haul.

Thanks! I'd like to take all the credit, but I bought a parking "aid." This one from NAPA works pretty well. It can be a little wonky but it's cheaper than the sheetrock repairs!

Well that’s the not so “sweet” part of the deal:
I purchased the steer for under $2200 and then the kill, cut, wrap was just over $500.

I purchase the steer over the year so it doesn’t “hurt as much”...

Removed the old dealership decal & blacked out the last chrome thing with a badge overlay! Might have to go back over the old decal with some more WD40 or Goo Gone, but it was really easy!20210426_200713.jpg

That is a quality finish on the tailgate. Like a mirror! Did you use a buffing wheel?

Finished changing out my driver side rear bumper end. Had a small dent (from myself :annoyed:) and someone on IG sold me one for $50 shipped. Took about 1.5 hours. I was trying to be careful not to break any clips. Lots of scratches later, its on. Now to polish it up to clean like my other side.
