Hi all, I found a killer deal on a brand new complete 2" readylift SST kit for my 2020 TRD Pro. Anyone have it? Id like to know your thoughts and also if you installed it yourself, any issues? Local shop said theyd install it for $400 so im wondering if I should just have them do it.

I just wanted to update my thread and say I got my readylift SST Pro Plus 2 lift installed today at a local 4x4 shop. Had them install front TRD sway bar while they were at it. So far so good. Ive seen a few pictures of this kit around the web (Amazon has a few) and on this forum and figured it was a subtle lift. I chose this lift because it was complete with UCAs and I was able to utilize my Fox shocks and keep my TRD skid plate. The craftsmanship of the kit is very good and after talking to readylift it appears their newer improved SST kits (which is what I got) have UCAs with black bushings that are pre-installed and maintenance free versus the red ones that were on previous kits and required you to grease and install them yourself. I will say with the kit installed, the ride quality is the same, if not improved? Maybe it feels improved because theres no more noise during sharp turns and maybe the because of the front TRD sway bar.

Anyways, I am happy with this kit and ensured everything was there before the mechanic got to it. I went back and forth with Wescott Design and Coachbuilder lifts and almost put the readylift up for sale as I felt there wasnt enough reviews for it. Im glad I stuck with it. If youre like me and want to make sure all your TRD Pro goodies stay on the truck, but just want a subtle lift, I highly recommend the readylift SST Pro Plus 2 lift kit. I will also update my reviews on this if things change. Hopefully this helps someone.

I installed the ReadyLift leveling kit 3in front and 1in. rear in Aug 2020. No issues so far, same factory quality in the ride. I am happy with it. :)

Not on a pro, but i've got a 3-2 Readylift on my SR5 TRD OR and everything is fine with no issues so far. I did have a slight vibration from the driveshaft from the 2" rear lift but after getting the Coachbuilder carrier bearing drop, it runs really smooth now on acceleration and highway speeds.

Was the vibration noticable from the start?

It wasn't obvious but I did feel something different about it especially on hard acceleration from a standstill. I was aware of the issue long before I added the lift (researched on this forum quite a bit), so you could say I was on the look out for it the first few drives after.

In any case, it's a pretty cheap kit to fix (about $16 or so) and takes about 5 mins to install. A note for this is you'd probably need it if you lift the rear end from 0-2" or so. There's a bigger spacer kit for over 2" but if it's just a front level you are doing, it shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks man. I have a .75" carrier bearing spacer kit from another car that I will install if need be since it will fit the bolts of the Tundra. Ive been listening for that sound since it was installed about a week ago but so far so good. I know another forum member said he didnt notice it until 1500-2000 miles after install.

That should work. Now that you mentioned it, it did seem to grow a very small bit stronger (vibration) after about 2 weeks of driving. But once you install those, it'll feel silky smooth... lol
