    I did 3.5mm.

Reached out to the guy doing them via messenger and confirmed 3.5mm was accurate. It's working for me.

Any chance you have a detailed list of the needed LED bulbs and where you got yours from?

    TIA!

Most people get them from Amazon or ebay. I'm not in the cool kid club; no LEDs yet.

Thanks @bmf4069! I did catch your list from the 1st gen info dump thread:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/1st-gen-tundras-info-dump.52214/

I was also able to find additional details from @Tundra2's earlier post:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/tundra2s-lifetime-project.65626/page-3#post-1880278

Shortening / mod for 74 bulb:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/1st-gen-lunch-table-general-discussion.60450/page-231#post-1863953

My main takeaways that he was putting in 4000k cool white LEDs, and some needed to be sourced from superbrightleds:

Has anybody found a good mounting spot for front speaker crossovers? The only location I see is under the dash and I'm not liking it so much.

Went out for my bi-monthly feather dusting inspection and discovered my wire harness going behind the accessory belt was being cut by it. :annoyed::rofl:I must have pulled the wire loose slightly when I was cleaning up the AC Ground a few weeks ago. Shoulda circled back and double checked a few days later after messing with it to check on the mojo.

Caught it in the ‘nick’ of time as only one of the wires jacket was rubbed off partially. Zip tied the wire tight to the AC Bracket.

Ended up thinking outside the box and cleaned up the harness jacket and then loaded the wire hole with conductive electrical grease. After that I put some Fuzeit on some Gorilla Duct Tape and wrapped it over the hole/wiring. She should be water tight and good to go. I’ll clean it up when I do the Timing Belt Job.

Here @rock climber. Like I said in the post, 5 o'clockish on passenger side, 7 o'clockish on the driver side. This space right here just so happens to be high enough, with enough gap due to the OEM speaker baffle, that you can mount the x-over here. I personally don't like drilling things, so I used extra-strength industrial velcro to hold it in place.

I know @bmf4069 already covered it, and you did your own research...

Here is a link to the thread that helped me, and the specific post.

I ordered all my stuff from superbrightleds.com.

Cool white bulbs get you a white look, natural white bulbs get you a warm white like an incandescent.

Edit: I just saw where you saw my shortening experiment. That was a trial, and I determined there was no need in that. Measured OEM bulb in holder with LED in holder. Both were really close. I can't remember what the actual measurements were.

That’s a very important SHEILDED wire. For the crank position sensor

@Tundra2 haha I first read EL post as being a funny mechanic joke, but now i re read it, haha he’s probably 100% straight faced. Then I started thinking about if he’s ever done Karaoke, and what song he would pick to sing, and how awesome that voice would sound doing it!!!!! Hahah, the end

I totally did not accidentally sliced a crank wire on the first 4.7 timing belt I ever did.
    :anonymous:

that was an expensive mistake. Good chance he missed the crank wire and only hit the a/c wires. But to properly fix that he needs to cut the wire (unless it’s the sheilded one) and crimp a butt splice on it and seal it up with heat shrink.

If he hit the shielded wire all you can do is electrical tape it up really good and hope to hell it doesn’t get interference and kill the engine on you. It’ll restart but it could potentially happen at a bad time.

To everyone here, the wire harness that PHM posted a photo of is suppose to be BEHIND the fan bracket

Just an update on the ATS leaf pack. I hauled 5400lbs today and it was a dream, very little sag and rode so solid. Also no more clunk after hard braking from slip yoke shaft mabobber.
