    Hey Team,
    Couldn’t find this exact setup question in the forums:

    Have a 2020 Tundra 4x4 Sport. I’m looking at getting Fox 2.0 IFP CO 3” with 1” rear shackle installed with 295/60/20’s. Are upgraded UCA’s and diff drop required to save angles and prevent future wear? Can I use the stock UCA’s without risking increased wear?

    Sorry, forgot to mention my goal is to find a lift that gives me:
    1. A 3/1 lift
    2. The best quality ride
    3. Best to minimize wear
    4. Not break the bank!

    I just installed a 3/1 coilover/aal kit to my 07. From my research, almost all shops and vendors that i talked to recommended aftermarket UCAs to preserve upper ball joint angles and provide for the best alignment. You can definitely use the stock UCAs but it will likely not lead to the best alignment possible for you. As for the diff drop, I also heard the same thing from shops/vendors. Mainly about reducing wear and preserving your CV joint angle. The diff drop install isn't too hard to do and the kits are generally pretty cheap. So if its recommended, then i say why not.

    IMHO, if your spending the money on a Fox 2.0, spend more and get the 2.5 shocks. These are big trucks.

    Honestly, I dont think a 6112 setup would end up costing all that much more.

    fox 2.0 are good 0 to 2" lift, $1052
    6112 good for up to 2.5", with 5160 rear $1017
