New tuffskinz, 2nd pathetic attempt at wrapping chrome cup bezel and $8 shifter from Autozone. Toyota should contract with tuffskinz or make their own. Stuff rattling around on plastic is no good and I’m not sure what the pieces of felt are in the interior door handle? Looks like old attic insulation.

got the Pop & Lock in this evening. Running the wire was the hardest part! I didn't go through the firewall like they recommend. Used one of the drain grommets in the rocker and the hole in the sill by the B pillar. First time I've used PosiTap's. Where have these been all my life?

Finally finished my mobile Ham radio install tonight. Yaesu FTM-400 mounted under drivers seat with a Rigrunner (both mounted to 3mm ply I had laying around). Ran 10 gauge directly to the battery with a 12v relay so it only goes on with accessory power. Head is mounted to windshield with factory suction cup mount. Antenna is a 2m/70cm mounted into a factory stake hole. Tonight I finished the install by finally mounting the external speaker on the dash.

Have been looking for another members post but haven’t been able to find it. He does builds for road shows. 2018 Blue tundra that is completely decked out. He does his write ups like Week #1: Did this. Week #2: did that.

He does a phenomenal job at making these trucks look good. Hoping to find his post and check out his tie down bars on the bed. Thanks in advance.

Mine took me a little bit longer as the previous owner had some sort of aftermarket alarm installed. Just to be cautious I went to the local stereo/alarm/remote start install place and they actually helped to let me know it was an aftermarket immobilizer that was installed. So back home and 15 minutes later my remote starter was installed and working.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
After having it sit on my to-do list for nearly a year, finally installed the Pop-n-Lock last week. Like others have noted, I added sound matting to tailgate and to cover plate (that's removed for install). From the driver door, you have to intentionally listen for the lock.

Added some more interior mods this weekend...
Safe and tray. Customized the tray with a little suede, same material I used on the A-pillars.

My kick panel is still just held on by the push pin in the back. Have no patience to get it back on. There has to be a trick to it.

I think the question is how does it go back in after you put the clips in place? What is the motion, insertion angle and or any other variable to get the dang panel back in place.

Installed my freshly painted bumper ends. Some of the nuts are a bit hard to get to; the 3 inside that hold the bumper end to the center piece, just be patient. A 10mm ratcheting box end wrench is the trick here.

thanks man, i just installed the pop n lock today and couldn't get the kick panel to sit perfectly flush. sparks has a great installation on 19s for the pop n lock for whoever's wondering. wiring diagrams and all. sealed the rubber grommet with shoe goo

also put on black limited emblems. they ended up being bigger than the chromes so i just centered em.

Installed a USB-C/USB port in one of the many lighter outlets we have. Took about 30 total. Had to change one of the connectors as the positive didn't fit the new receptacle.

Dropped the truck off for the lift/wheels/tires; color match stuff is in the garage; front sway bar, rear sway bar, and morimoto fogs on the way. Once I sell the stock wheels I'll be ordering the 2019 Pro headlights from Sparks and @iHacker harness.
