At TOTAL CHAOS we want to make it easy to maintain your suspension components! Our Upper Control Arms (UCA) are designed to be easily greaseable without removal from the vehicle or an alignment afterward. With just a few tools and a couple minutes of your time, you can be greased up and ready adventure!

NOTE: Do NOT pump grease into a UCA without loosening thru-bolt. Doing so will most likely cause the bushing to deform and require replacement. Please watch the videos below on HOW TO properly maintain your TOTAL CHAOS UCA bushings and uniballs

Was tempted to grab a set of UCA earlier today at the ORW customer's appreciation day, but not much % off there.

ORW is just one of our Authorized Dealers. Occasionally one of our Dealers will run a sale or special which will save you a little money. Take a look at our list of Authorized Dealers:

We recommend using a grease like Super Lube for our Urethane Bushings. Comment below if you have any questions

can't wait for my CRC PTFE dry lube to come in from Amazon so I can install my TC UCA already. It's too bad that item isn't as lightening fast with prime shipping.

I’ve had real good luck with the Tri Flow Dry lubricant, 63k miles on my original uniballs! Although I think they’re getting ready for replacement finally.

Question regarding the uniball lubing. If there anything we can use to maybe spray and clean the uniball before lubing with the CRC PTFE? Like maybe the Tri-Flow Rapid Clean dry degreaser? I just dont like how the uniball is dirty or gunked and then spraying new CRC dry lube all over it again.

I always rinse off the uniball before lubricating. Usually water or water/simple green mix cleans it up nicely. Dry with a rag then apply Tri-Flow PTFE lube

Have a dilution number with simple green? Does it clean off pretty good with just water?

No dilution number. Blast it with a garden hose - you're overthinking this :D

Soap & Water or just Water will work to rinse off the uniball. Always clean and dry before re-lubricating :)

What grease should I run in my UCA's?

We recommend super lube but a few shops have had good experience with red bearing grease. If anyone has experience with other options, please post up! These are just two options that WORK

I used that same grease on mine, new uniballs, new bushings. Greased per video, torqued to specs.

why do the click and pop going from reverse to drive and vice versa. @TOTAL CHAOS
