I'm looking for aftermarket fog lights for my 2018 Tundra, as mine didn't come with this option. Any suggestions? The Toyota dealer informed me that they cannot install factory fog lights on it.

I just put morimoto LED fog lights on my 2015 and I like them so far. I made a thread in the lighting forum you can check out. You'll need a wiring harness and switch if you dont have any fog lights now. It can be done just will take a little work. You'll find some good info here in the lighting section.

There's a chance you have the wiring in place so check that you need a switch, relay, lights and a power source. I searched here for a write up but didnt find anything but I know it's been done. You can try googling adding fog lights
I have my OEM 2015 lights and bezels I'd sell cheap if you're interested. But you'll still need more parts.

Currently switched out mine to Squardon Pros, & they are bright. Highly recommended @Baja Designs. You can also try their Sports.

We'd love to set you up with one of our Fog Pocket Kits!

These won't be 100% plug and play since your vehicle isn't equipped with OEM fogs. I'd recommend picking up this harness instead:
