i saw somewhere that you may be able to get a key and key fob integrated. My 2016 4Runner had and would like to have my 2015 Tundra key and key fob integrated.

Locksmith did. Everything works just like stock keys...including remote start.

Look at the back of your keyfob and match the FCC ID.

Does HomeDepot or local hardware cut vehicle keys like this?

I just had my switch-blade key programmed. Received a nice high-quality key with Toyota logo feels heavy and well built. Same seller as the ebay link above. Confirm the number on the back side of your OEM key before you order. Had a lock smith cut the key $6 and my local Toyota dealer programmed it for $60. As others have said, key works perfect.

Looks like the "switchblade" key that I had for my Audi A4. Will it work for a 2018?

Not sure what you're referring to, are you talking about AJT key fob and putting that shell on?

The flip key is programmed at a Toyota Dealer or qualified Locksmith with the proper software. I had my flip-key programmed at my toyota dealer cost $60. You will also need to have the key blade cut as well.

That’s the same AJT one I have. Do the buttons on yours stick occasionally?

So you're saying you have the best AJT case? ;)

Havent had the buttons stick, when I took apart my oem fob, I cleaned the buttons good and ran a tiny bead of silicone on a q-tip around the edges of the buttons then assembled it. No issues only been a month. I'd pull it apart on yours and give it a once over clean.

I figured that was the case. It just has a click to it on occasion. I was planning on pulling it apart and seeing what the issue was.

Question about the flip key. Since I have both keys and remotes now, if I get a flip key, will I loose one of the other sets? I think I remember reading something about only being able to have two remotes programmed for the truck, or can you have three? Thanks! If I can have three, I may have to look into a flip key.

I'll have to check, I recall reading somewhere that you could have a total of 3 keys programmed. I have both my oem key/fobs and my switch blade. I'll report back

Ebay buyer's beware...... I bought an "OEM" Toyota key fob with key all in one(not flip). Toyota Logo and all, looked great. It also worked great for the first few weeks until I went to turn the ignition and the whole thing fell apart. :(

Can you explain what you mean by fell apart? Did the key break and you couldn’t use it to start the truck?

Basically the plastic housing broke off when I turned the key. I suppose it may have still worked to start the truck but let's just say super glue didn't help to make it usable. I'll see if I can find it when I get home later.
