Going to try and list out some information:
Several Threads open about the TRD Pro Grille:
    This one,

    2022 Toyota TRD Pro Grille - Part # 53101-0C220

This grille doesn't appear able to be ordered online direct from Toyota anymore, you will need to visit your local dealer to order, cost should be between $200~250
OR there are other places online selling it that i won't name, but you can get it from them for twice the cost, if you have to have it right now.

    Camera Bracket:
The TRD Pro grille PVM camera in the front of the grille has a specific mounting bracket that is different from all other models with the camera assembly. This bracket can be had from a dealer, but it comes with the camera and is over $1000 EDIT 7/10/22 now are $300. in this thread you will find what has been designed and 3d printed for a solution to the OEM bracket.
*** if you have your own 3D printer, the STL file can be found on thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5430784 ***

*** 7/20/22 Westcott designs now has a metal camera bracket available

Center Grille Light Bar - Part # PT358-34220-AA

(disclaimer) The part # above is from the ones that have been found on eBay, it may or may not be correct.
As of writing, this is currently not available to be purchased from Toyota directly.
There have been a few that have found their way to the grey market and were purchased via eBay. Cost on eBay when they were available was $200+

Measurements of the OEM center light bar:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/22-trd-pro-heritage-grille-camera-mount-bracket.106639/#post-2789055

Wiring the OEM center light bar:
For the light bars that have been found via eBay, attempts to turn the light bar on with the factory wiring connector thus far have been unsuccessful.
This thread that you are reading has what has been tried thus far on the first 2 pages.

Switches: The factory TRD light bar switch part # has not been found yet, it is not known if it could even be wired up to work with the OEM or aftermarket light bars
    upload_2022-7-2_6-43-52.jpg
There are several places that sell switches that will fit in the switch panel to the lower left of the dash, on the picture above, they would fit on the right hand side, they are a 22x22mm switch
The ones from this company have have been used by another forum member and they seem to have a very similar fit and finish as the OEM switches,
    https://www.aironboard.com/online/products/switches/toyota-push-switches.html
    His post of the switches,
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/what-have-you-done-to-your-3rd-gen-today.104778/page-14#post-2724491

Work around: a workaround has been found to power on the light bar by not utilizing the factory connector.

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/grille-interchangeable.100356/page-8#post-2790358

    Spacing of the grille shutters:
When using the TRD Pro grille on basically anything but the actual Pro truck, the grille shutter assembly will need to be spaced out to not interfere with the back of the OEM center light bar.
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/grille-interchangeable.100356/page-10#post-2803655

Orange Grille Marker Lights - Part # Unknown
    upload_2022-7-2_6-5-12.jpg
as of writing, the part # for the OEM marker lights has not been found, there has also not been any seen on the grey market either.

There has been a DIY option put forth,
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/22-...mera-mount-bracket.106639/page-3#post-2808778

Marker light wiring: The TRD Pro has a different wiring harness than that of other trims, none of the other trims have any exterior marker lights that are not integrated into the headlight assembly, an attempt to wire in the markers lights has not been made thus far.

@Brums I have a limited TRD OF and can take a look on Monday for you if no one hasn’t by then. I’m also interested in running the TRD PRO grille and happy to see that it’s available to order now. Have you tracked down the light bar and marker lights as well?

I have a Limited and I'm swapping to the TRD OR grille. I could take measurements/photos of everything when I get to the installation and perhaps get a bracket for that swap? The end goal could be making all the brackets for all configs perhaps?

someone found 2 "used" pro light bars on ebay in the grille interchangeable thread, i think they are prototypes that someone 5 finger discounted, one of the pictures of them shows written in sharpie right on the light "Process 6" so who knows what that could mean, but i have not found anything looking at the toyota parts website, i going to guess its going to be a crapshoot on the markers and the light bar for a while until someone posts a vin for one and then Roman the parts master can tell us what is what,

any information at this point is a plus, but i wouldn't have the OR grille to be able to test fit brackets to, assuming the the grille i ordered and receive is actually the pro grille, i would have that one to be able to test out brackets on, i would just have to make some kind of dummy camera type thing to stick in the bracket, my plan isn't to recreate all the brackets unless we can get photos measurements etc of all of them, then i would be willing to give it a whirl in my free time, i work out of town alot and am not always on a computer for most of the day

so someone posted a video to youtube of a pro grille install,
i was told by the dealer i ordered mine from that it would be the end of the month before i get mine.

appears the camera is mounted to the bracket simply via screw(s) can only see 1 in video

    upload_2022-5-10_23-47-39.jpg

using my untrained, uncalibrated eye and the gentlemen's knuckle as reference in the video,

    upload_2022-5-10_23-52-3.jpg

i would venture to guess that the camera is somewhere around 1 and 1/2 inches in length from the mounting bracket forward

the guy in the videos temporary solution, trim screw that has a large attached washer, im gonna say he probably doesn't realize that the camera is $1k and should it pop out and dangle and get damage or disappear he's going to be in for a bad time,

    upload_2022-5-10_23-56-52.jpg

can't quite tell in the video, unsure if the camera is sitting at the correct depth / lens sticking out front of the hole

something like what you posted in the grille interchangeable thread for the light bar connector

Thinking I'm going to change the name of this thread, to something like TRD Pro Grille Camera Mount Bracket

    first print

    upload_2022-5-15_0-12-10.jpg

    hmm little small,

    ahh much better

    upload_2022-5-15_0-13-18.jpg

printer got a lil goofy on the 2 edges there,

i am still awaiting grille from dealer, eta end of month they said, no clue if this will fit, still need measurements of the camera and the connector, how thick is the bracket you have, how many / how big/long are the screw(s) etc..
Got allocation of my truck the other day, mine will Not have the front camera so i will never have one in my own hand to measure, trying to help out community, but kinda seems like no one else wants to
    Thanks for reading,

I really want to invest in a 3D printer just for times like this. Have one of my work buddies teach me how to use CAD so I can draw up some stuff and print away. Eventually ......

Had a couple extra bucks, picked up the grille lightbar via ebay, took some measurements for everyone

black plastic housing to front face of lens height is 18mm / .708in , if looking at sideways(lens facing up) the lens is 18mm thick

from the furthest piece sticking off the back (where electrical would plug in) to the face of the lens, it is 120.76mm / 4.75 in, good'n deep,
    upload_2022-6-5_16-6-26.jpg

    Lens is 75.5mm / 2.97in wide
    Housing in middle is 90mm / 3.55in
    Rest of housing 98mm / 3.8in

    Housing Edge to edge 620mm / 24.40in
    Lens Edge to edge 594mm / 23.39in

    upload_2022-6-5_15-51-26.jpg

so kinda looking like people may be able to use a 22 inch aftermarket light bar and make some kind of mount for it, for EXAMPLE (not suggesting a purchase.) the light below would physically fit BEHIND the cutout for the OEM light, its a shade too tall to fit into the hole

    upload_2022-6-5_15-56-33.jpg

or go with a shorter 20 inch one in a SLIM form factor like this one

    upload_2022-6-5_16-35-6.jpg

watching this guys video on the boob tube, one could probably fab up some kind of brackets / mounting hardware to possibly bolt the light bar to the sides of the grille shutter assembly

    upload_2022-6-5_16-38-37.jpg

i did mess around with the light a little bit trying to get it to power on, someone who knows better than me, what are SWV+/- / SIN+/- ?
what would be great is if we could get the entire wiring diagram

    upload_2022-6-5_16-57-35.jpg

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/grille-interchangeable.100356/page-5#post-2750623

im kinda leaning towards maybe this isn't the correct connector diagram, or its just flat out wrong

    upload_2022-6-5_16-40-36.jpg

on the light itself, there is 1 ridge on Top and 2 on bottom of the connector, having the light sitting as it would be installed in the grille

    upload_2022-6-5_17-15-12.jpg

if that's the case its wrong, then i think it may need to look like this

    upload_2022-6-5_17-24-30.jpg

i don't know, been a long day, now i have to leave and go out of town
    will reply to comments later
    Thanks

I’ve been super busy and haven’t had the time to mess with my light bar. I didn’t in fact get the connector and can say it fits perfect.

Awesome! I picked up the same light bar and am awaiting the grille, what did you do to get it to turn on?

drilled some holes in the back and bypassed the OEM connector and circuit board and put power directly to the ballast/igniter thing that is in there

im going to want to turn this light on at free will, not only when the high beams are on, im sure there are other modules, harnesses and switches that would be needed, i tried every damn possible combination of wiring that stupid OEM connector up to try and get it to work, just would not come on for me, hell i even bought a one month sub to Toyota TIS just so i could look and see if it would help figure it out, kinda wasted my money as there isn't jack on there that is specific to the TRD Pro

Power to red and white, black to ground, dont know what grey wire is for

there is another build thread by papadave418, he used one from these guys, matched the OEM switches pretty well in his pictures

this is the post with the pictures of the ones he used

not hard at all to find it, you can look through the front of the light and see the circuit board the connector and the ballast, may have to turn the adjuster down if you can't

had to drill 2 holes. 1 to get the connector off the circuit board, and another to be able to pull it out far enough to mess with, could have just cut a square, but i figured round holes probably a little easier to fill back in with some silicone to seal it back up

Thanks! I'm going to attempt the same thing.

Nice to see that you got the light bar to actually light up, but I'm still curious if can still get it to light up using the oem connector. The connector diagram that was posted looks to be the right one, when I look up connector location in TiS.

I'm looking more into the wiring diagram and can't stop to wander, if you send power to correct wires and jump some of the pin, it should light up. Only thing I think would possibly stop it is without the CAN +/-.

I'm thinking, certain pins are obvious. Pin 1 is LBB+, battery+ Constant Power. Pin 7 is LBGD, ground.

Pin 2 looks to be IGN on power. Kinda make sense why 1,2,7 are the bigger pins, bigger wires. Battery voltage.

Now for Pin 4,9 and 3,8 are for the switch inside truck. So if you jump 4 and 9. That'll close the circuit, or close switch state. Same with 3 and 8. Looks the Light bar is the power and ground for the switch. 4,3 are power and 8,9 are grounds. So jumping 4 to 9 and 3 to 8 will be close switch state, like you pressed in the switch and closed circuit, and it may just light up the bar? Then again, without CAN, it might still not light up. So got to figure that.

This is what I was thinking that might make it work. Mind you, I'm not a wiring expert. I'm mediocre with wiring on cars, having done only few wiring diag at my job on new Chevy and Chrysler vehicles. So I can somewhat understand a wiring diagram. Never ran into a Toyota wiring issue at work.

Here is also the full wiring diagram for light bar.

    i do appreciate your reply,

please see post later in this thread, come to find out what i tried originally was incorrect per connector diagram.

one of the ways i tried is what you stated, power to 1 and 2, GND 7, jump 3,8, got nada , also jumped 4,9 same results, and all 4 at same time, nada, maybe the one i got has a bad circuit board?

    upload_2022-6-6_22-59-45.jpg

i actually bought a sub to TIS just to try and figure this out,
    upload_2022-6-6_23-23-18.jpg
    upload_2022-6-6_23-23-43.jpg
so from what i can tell, SWV+/- are the switch on/off , the SIN+/- are for the stupid little extra light on the switch
    upload_2022-6-6_23-3-54.jpg

i don't really see why CAN would make any difference for it, it should just be telling the computer if its on or off

    So

PWR 1, GND 7 , test no other pins have voltage

PWR 1,2 GND 7, test pins 3,4,5 have supplied voltage, +12v

PWR 1,2 GND 7, jump 3,8 No results
PWR 1,2 GND 7, jump 4.9 No results
    PWR 1,2 GND 7, jump 3,8 & 4,9 No results

    have any more suggestions?
    willing to try

side note, i have 5 of the factory connectors ordered from china coming in so will have some extra, if they ever actually show up

Looks like you tried all the combination I would think of. It should have everything it needs to light up, but still won't. :monocle:

    Thanks for experimenting though.

anytime, if you have more suggestions i am willing to try, i can plug the white connector back into the circuit board, until i cut it off and wire a different connector on
