Ok guys, I’ve read TONS of threads about ways to upgrade the stock stereo. Here’s what I have, 2018 tundra sr5 with nav. I actually love the head unit but the sound quality is mediocre and nowhere near powerful enough to hear with the windows rolled down. Is there an amp that I can get and just replace the existing one WITHOUT having to get 15000 different harnesses, splice wires, determine the polarity of the speakers, etc etc etc? I mean. TRUE plug ‘n’play replacement.

I’m always happy to hear from gals, but usually they just don’t want to talk to me!! I admit to my faux pas .
Thanks for the response. But dang, I just want it simple. Lol

She is right. No amp worth a damn is truly plug and play. At the very least you'll need to run a fused power wire and a good ground. As far as amp connections go, its different if you have the stock JBL or non JBL. @james@tech12volts will be the man to talk to about getting what you need. Contact him thru his website or email, he's not a very active poster here, too busy with website and emails lol. Great guy who won't steer you the wrong way or try to rip you off.

Thanks, I’ll have to try to give him a call. It just seems like the amp that is there has power and plugs in so there should be another one that you can plug in in its place.

Yeah but that power wire is way too small / under-guaged for any amp with decent power. The amp that is there is probably pushing 20watts per channel max. You'd get more out of a new headunit.

The pre-programmed dsr1 is the best part of the deal. No screwing around and tuning. It'll be great right out of the box.
