I understand one of the times it be best to avoid spacers or low offset tires is when hauling big payloads or towing heavy with high TW, but I suppose most of us didn't buy a Tundra for those attributes.

How do you like the tires? How’s the wear on them?

Spacer are for suckers. I just pull the wheels, turn them around, then re mount on hub. Go from a +60 to -60 with no extra parts. Instant "stance" improvement...

Wheels with correct offset are always the right answer.

Are the studs on the spacers longer than stocks I’m having trouble getting full engagement from lugs on my aftermarket wheels and hoping I can just get spacers...

What wheels and lug nuts do you have? You may need an ET lug nut. Pics will help.so that we can see what you have.

What is minimum spacer thickness to not have to cut wheel studs? Previous spacers on a different truck caused issues due to cutting.

Are wheel studs a simple replacement on these Tundras? My previous truck the axle shafts had to come out!

Did you have to change and of the lug nuts or studs? I'd like to keep the factory lug nut showing...

For those that have run spacers on the stock TRD Off Road wheels, is there enough of an indent on the back of the wheel mounting surface to allow the studs to recess when using a 1" BORA spacer? I tried searching for pics of the back of the wheels but no joy.
I guess I could go pull one off, and will probably do that tomorrow after work, but figured I'd ask if any has confirmed/denied this already.
I've seen conflicting info here, some say 1" will fit since the stock studs will fit into the recesses in between the bolt holes, and some say the stock studs are just too long and a 1.25" is required.
If someone has a pic of the back of the wheels that would be awesome as well.

I just installed 1 1/2" spacers on my 2020 TRD PRO from Supreme Suspensions...about $260.00. T6 billet hdub centric. Factory studs could have been about 1/4" longer and still not protruded beyond the spacer but there should be enough thread to do an adequate job. Installed very nicely with no issues. Used red locktite as instructed and will recheck torques in about 100 miles (also as instructions say). Both sets of lug nuts were torqued to 130#'s. Called the dealer and he told me they torque to about 110 and called a tire store and they torque Tundra's to about 120#'s. Before I took the wheels off I checked the torque on all four wheel (lug nuts), and they averaged 126#'s from the factory. Test drive proved very smooth so I said, I'll check the torques again in about 100 or so miles. I'd post pics but have a new phone and no cord for the computer. The wheels look great as I also added factory color matched flares.

I run them. I use only spidertrax and have never had any issues. Follow the instructions and ignore negative comments..... easy!

    Working on it
Been running Spiders ,front only , for over a year ,also wanted to keep rims , went with 35x12.5 20 , Cooper ST Max , rims have 52 offset, only had to remove front mud flaps. Looks and runs great. As far as wheel bearings go , the larger heavier tires with wider grip is harder on bearings. IMG-0727.jpg IMG_0707.jpg I also run lug nuts purchased from Camburg, with collars that go down into rim. Also have ToyTech Boss 3/2 level kit.

IMG_0320.jpg IMG_0319.jpg I added a set of 1 1/2" SUPREME. Kept the stock wheels because they were another reason to buy the PRO. Also kept the stock Michein tires because their smooth and quiet. I don't off road much so I'm not going larger or more aggressive. Have no issues with rubbing or getting close to the mud guards. Like the other members say, be sure to use the proper torque and, recheck the torque on the wheels and spacers after a hundred miles or so.
