So far the back end has been riding great!
I’ve opted for option 1 on the RXT leaf pack and so far I’m loving it. Aside from how squeaky it is. :eek2:

I wonder how you can reduce or eliminate the squeaking.

Squeaking is dirt in the leafs or lack of grease in UCA’s probably. I pressure wash the leafs after a week or weekend in the dirt and it keeps the squeaks away. I bring up the UCA’s because I’ve had several friends complain about squeaky packs and I greased the UCA’s, problem went away;)

Thanks for the tips. I fluid film and lithium spray greased the leaf packs, squeak all but gone.

That’s weird they’re still squeaking... I’m curious what it ends up being now...

Resurrecting an old thread as I am in the situation. Have Fox 2.5s with DSC adjuster and the RXT leaf pack, I haven't installed any of it yet so since the Fox's have less travel, should I just sell them and go Icon? The truck is mainly a daily driver with some light off-roading; I have a folding tonneau cover and a Fabfours rear bumper so I guess I would be on option #1 since the bed is usually empty. Decisions, decisions.

I currently have Fox 2.5 RR / DSC's with the Icon RXT leafs. Zero issues at all. Originally had Icon stage 9 which is when I got the RXT pack. (also a great kit)

Have tried options 1,2 and 3 for the leaf pack and decided to stay with 3 since I have decked drawers loaded with tools / gear, an ARE topper and often tow.

I see no need to sell the fox setup. Depending on how much rake you want, option 1 or 2 could be good for you.

I appreciate the response. Do you run limit straps? How do you like the ride with the leaf pack and Fox setup?
