Unlike our primary competition, YotaWerx prices are set as one standard across the network, with the only authorized adjustments off of that being for any applicable taxes and/or card payment processing fees (and sales, but that's not really the sort of adjustment in question here).

So for any of the prices people get quoted for their respective vehicle/application, it is X+tax/fees, and those taxes/fees are at the discretion of the network partner in question to charge.

This applies the exact same to our network partners in California as it does to Texas and New York and so on.

If there is a discrepancy, please contact YotaWerx immediately.

Thanks for correcting me. Guess I shouldn't have said anything, I've just seen soo many other folks ask this of other tuners and I thought the answer would be the same.

The primary options are the "Weekend Warrior" and "Active Duty" tune versions (I'm under the assumption that we're discussing NA applications), which are primarily throttle response differences for most of the vehicles we support but for the Tundra they actually represent transmission control differences. From there, we also include SportTHR (Sport Throttle) options on top of those, for people wanting more throttle response.

WW calibrations for the NA 5.7L are appropriate for fully stock trucks (including stock tire size), while Active Duty will be appropriate for anything else (basically anything modded), or fully stock options depending upon individual preferences.

There are flash services offered across the network, and remote services include flash kit bundle sales as well as remote tuning where our network partner can offer a service involving loaner equipment and tune your vehicle remotely.

I certainly don't blame you for the assumption, as it's a common practice seen in several different industries to base pricing off of local markets.

YotaWerx elected to not do this from the start, as confusion over pricing and even frustration/jealousy between customers was observed when reviewing public comments over the practice, and so the decision was made to standardize everything across the board.

Additionally, all, I apologize for the lack of presence here on the forum aside from Maynard's (@Mcbelen ) but I do not hold a major/consistent presence on social media nor the forums any longer, so that is the reason for that. The decision was made to primarily conduct business via YotaWerx's official communication channels to hopefully streamline response times, and while the forums are very valuable in their unique way AND are recognized as an appropriate place to conduct business by both the admins and members of the community, they are not considered an efficient location for the conducting day to day operation of our business.

Just giving an explanation on that.

Is your email listed in post 1 the official channel? If there is a better way to contact you, maybe add it to the initial post so folks who come to this thread can reach you in the correct format.

Tuners should always be tipped no matter the cost of the tune.

The email listed is the official channel for communications.

I myself no longer address these emails though, as I no longer hold the same role for YotaWerx. Emails sent to YotaWerx are handled by Christian.
