Some can't stand their job, they bitch and moan constantly. I for one have always felt blessed to have gotten a chance to go out and make a decent, honest living for myself and my family. It has afforded me so may wonderful opportunities, and today is a milestone for which I am grateful.

Congratulations. You have a great attitude. I used to bitch and moan about my job but the older I get the more I have the same attitude as you.

We all have our bad days no doubt, but I have been on the other end of things and have come to realize that perspective is a good teacher.

Every year that goes by I am told the same thing. Who knew back then that it would turn out this way, but like they say in AA "just keep coming back".

Great! Tenure and loyalty are two qualities that should be given more weight than they are. I myself am going on 16 years with my company and am in my late 30s. Congratulations on your milestone.

What an accomplishment and great attitude. It’s contageous around the workplace.

We had a few employees that would complain about what they had to do and pay. I would always encourage them to print out a pay stub, fold it up and place it in their front shirt pocket. Every time they felt like complaining, I asked that they pull out the pay stub, look at it, and think back when or if ever they made as much money in the past, for the little work they did.

(Our entry level jobs are 35.00 per hour)

I don’t here much complaining these days.
