WTF need way to get soft topper

Hey guys kinda new with Toyota in general but I really really need a way to get a god dang soft topper I’ve been stuck trying to email and call them for about a month now and nobody is returning my messages from either phone numbers or their email so how the F can I get them or get a soft top for my 04 double cab tundra please help me someone thanks if anyone has a iPhone and finds it easier to text me my number is (deleted) thanks in advance guys hope y’all are safe and having a great day

Hey guys I was talking about sod topper.com people they are the only ones that make the tops for the 04 tundras I’ve been told but they won’t return any calls or emails that I have left them and it’s been weeks going on a month now multiple messages left for them so not sure if there’s any new numbers or ways of getting ahold of them or people who are selling their tops sorry about leaving my number wasn’t aware that I had to be so cautious on this site

 

Are they even still open? Could be so back logged they don't want to communicate with customers anymore? Most businesses want to take your....

If that’s the one I sent them a message theu Facebook messenger and they replied within couple hours

 

Did you place an order already and they just haven’t shipped it or are you looking to place an order?

No can’t place order if o can’t get ahold of anyone which is what I’ve been saying this whole time they don’t answer anything at all

 

And they actually just called me today but of course I missed the call and now they are not responding again but they left a message for me saying they do have the top but said they are months out on their shipping due to a issue with their metal company having a shortage in steel supply so they kinda said that it would be end of June at the soonest possible which is better than nothing but I can’t order or pay them if they don’t answer me back again big issues with running any business I would think they would be on top of customer service lol

Have you checked Facebook marketplace or OfferUp?? I’ve seen a couple for first gen tundras and Tacoma’s. Maybe the Tacoma one fits also??

 

I own and operate a small business and customer service is very important.

However when you consistently email and call that much no one wants to deal with you specially if you haven’t spent money already.

Write them a single email with all your questions and give them a call back number and time.

Or just place the order online and wait for the topper. All e-commerce company’s are having issues because the industry is booming and supply is low. company’s like Amazon have made customer expectations to high and most company’s are not structured to handle it.

Their website walks you thru the process very well and there is only two size to choose from 6 or 8 bed plus & three colors to choose from.

IV done so much homework on them, I’m sure I could answer your questions.

 

Whomever keeps asking what company is it I’ve said it many times and it’s the ONLY !!!! Company that makes the soft top for the 04 double cab tundra and that is SOFTOPPER..!!! Themselves

 

But as far as everyone having my number it was so if any of you guys had one for sale you could get in touch with me easier and not a big deal considering I didn’t get any calls or texts from leaving the number up here so no harm no foul and doesn’t bother me one bit

 

And yeah about harassing them we are talking over the period of a month so that’s less than a call and message once a week so that doesn’t seem pushy at all when you are trying to retail a product for every truck out there but that’s my opinion I suppose if someone feels that’s too much nagging I guess that’s what people in mass do I guess lol but thx for that spit of advice I’ll make myself aware of that in future
