Purhcased my 2019 Tundra SR with TSS package in April. It came with 275 55 R20 as part of the package. While installing my TRD rear sway bar yesterday, I noticed the spare tire was 18 inch. Is this standard with these dealer packages. My concern is should i have to use spare will it be safe.

I would think that as long as the tires were the same size (275) you should be just fine.

Tire needs to be the same height. The 275 is the width. The 55 is the height. I would contact the dealership. Maybe someone swapped the correct spare with an incorrect size.

You need to also be 100% sure your TSS package wheel lugs fit your spare. You just may need to carry 5 spare lugs to go with the spare wheel.

You have the correct spare. You don’t need a 20” wheel on the spare too. The overall diameter of the tire is all that matters and the spare tires od is correct

Great thanks. Guess I need to educate myself better on tire sizing. I have always found the numbering system confusing.
