Was out at San Luis Pass this last weekend with some friends riding the dunes. Almost had to get pulled out, definitely had a close one, but we made it through. Would you??

Looks like fun good buddy! Hard to answer your question, but IMO the red sand (basically shells and small peebles) is the easiest to get stuck in. That sand you are in is not much problem unless your angle of attack is off.

So if I heard him correctly, no throttle, just trac on, on reverse and take foot on/off brake? Well that was easy!

I bet if you had more tire to air down there’d be a much better chance of u not getting stuck

Air compressor so I'm able to air down as low as I can go, air locker, winch and traction boards with a hi lift jack. I'd hope not. Soft sand, less air.

yeah, im sure the guys hated me when I got it detailed. but I only made that mistake once lol

yeah we don't have a whole lot of that down here. it hasn't rained in a little while so it was really soft and sandy. still fun to crawl the dunes

yeah that's for sure. It took about 10 minutes of back and forth to get out. but I don't have an onboard compressor yet. I just wasn't gonna let the ford bail me out lol :anonymous:

I hope I wouldn't get stuck going through that. These trucks do sink like anchors when at highway PSI, so I'd probably drop to 20 :)

And if I got stuck I'd just use the maxtrax and be right out
