Won't Shift Gears in S Mode (number stays on 4)

    I'm having an intermitant problem using S-Mode where shifting up or down doesn't change the gear. Usually it will just read "4" and moving up or down doesn't change it.
    I'm towing and really need to downshift going down long hills.
    It doesn't always do this. Maybe when the transmission is too hot? Oil guage looks okay.
