    Always start with flat, then rotate drum, flat drum etc until I can’t anymore. I picked up tossing with lemon pepper and butter lately, add cayenne if you want spice. Or just franks. Love to brine, drain, air dry in the fridge then grill. Or just throw on the grill Now!
    No chain wing stores here and most of the restaurant wings are typical wing. Never been to bww or ws. We used to drive an hour to hooters when we were 16 with fresh licenses. Just ate dinner but now I want wings...A405FCCD-D67C-4849-A592-29E6D649531F.jpg

    ohhhh the irony, wings and ribs used Tobe "garbage" meat you could get for almost nothing. Drumettes and I make my own, I marinate them over night in homemade habanero salsa.

    I completely agree. 4 pages!!! Lol.

    Had a friend back in the bachelor days that could put a drum in his mouth and clean all the meat in 3 seconds as he slowly pulled the bone out. It was clean as a whistle when it came out. Like magic! Needless to say, his technique was spot on when he was high. Lol .

    The original place would be the Anchor Bar. They have good wings but for whatever reason, most people in this area don't get wings there, the place tends to be a more frequent choice of out of towners.
