Best poll I've seen on here. Flats for me, medium with a side of ranch for the occasional dip. Cold beer too.

Thawing out some Safeway wings now for tomorrow afternoon. I like this thread. Never really thought about what I'd prefer. Drumettes do have more meat but the flats are hard to beat.

Flats. Either salt and pepper or honey garlic are my go to flavors. We have one of those T-Fal Actifry units. It makes deadly wings.

I just secretly accessed the OP's e-trade portfolio. He posted this thread then two minutes later invested in poultry and Anheiser-Bush. Well played as we all go have wings tomorrow.

I like a nice mixture of both. I live near Buffalo so wings up this way are sacred, and there are a ton of places to choose from.

Wings from Duff's, a local chain, and arguably the best wings there are.

    These are "hot"

In fact, I'll add on more picture, they are that good. These are "suicidal". The next and final step is the "Death Sauce". I've had them, but don't have a picture.

I've been to Buffalo once and had wings at the original place, can't remember the name but awesome. Flats for me. If at home my secret sauce recipe only available on the label of a bottle of Frank's. My favorite local spot does what they call Big Woody's style. Fried, no breading, then tossed in the sauce and grilled. When I spent a year in the UK, where you can't find good wings, I would go to Woody's and get 50 every time I came home. Freeze them in packs of 5 and put in my checked bag. Turns out it's illegal to import any meat. So I guess I was an international smuggler. Never got caught:muscleflexing:
