    Cooking some wings right now on the barbecue. Slow and low. Barbecue set to about 300 flip every five minutes about six or seven times. On the last one I dip them in wing sauce with a little bit of butter. Tonight I’m adding a garlic butter and barbecue sauce dip as well.

    I hate Wingstop and BWW. I’m pretty much always disappointed when I get wings anywhere.

    Sometimes I will try out wings at a mom-and-pop type restaurant. And yes eight flats and five drums. I would’ve preferred double that LOL but I need to lose some weight.

    I prefer grilled or smoked wings over deep fried. Flats and drums both have their plus sides. I like them to be falling off the bone and not too juicy or to dry. The best way I know to do that, is slow cook that protein out of it so it becomes very tender.

    Yep....a new mom & pop Thai place opened up down the street from me. Going to check out the wings first. I'll go 50/50 first with flats and drums. Poll so far is close to 50/50. Only 18 responses but I'd bet that is typical???
