Ok guys I have to replace the window rain seal on my 06 dc. I looked at the trim and does it just pop off under the window or am I missing something. Anyone ever deal with this yet and how did you do it?

Take a look through this. Looks like you'll have to remove the door panel to see it. The weather stripping around the doors look like they're just held on by clips but the one you're describing might be bolted or clipped or (hopefully not) glued to the actual door frame.

If you are referring to the "front door belt moulding" piece in the above exploded views, I read a tutorial recently that showed this to be an easily replaced part. I wish I could remember where the heck I saw the posting - may have been on a different forum.... The instructions were to roll the window down completely and the moulding snaps out starting with the clip closest to the rear of the window. The guy who did it said that it takes about 5 minutes per window.

Don't know what Toyota will want to charge you for these but I found some (OEM) on Ebay for $65-$75 per 4 (kit) depending upon whether for a Double Cab or Crewmax.
