2018 and 2007 are both 5'5" . They should be interchangeable.

Most bed covers that sit on top of the rails and or in the interior dimensions will fit. the main difference is that the 2014 plus has a lip at the top of the bed so the type that go over the tail gate wont fit. camper shells included. I have found that the rugger cover 2s for the 2014+ are slightly longer because of this, but they still work. They will just sit closer to the corners and you will have to push them a little closer to the cab.

Probably, but might leak. As prerunnerseth said the new ones are longer. A truck cap from 07-13 won’t fit a 14+, but a tonneau cover might. It could be too long too. If you are buying it from someone then lay it on top of your bed to see the size. Don’t have to mount it to see if it’ll line up.

I had the tie-down/rail system in my bed. I got rid of that because I had issues securing the tonneau cover with those stupid rails installed. I didn’t need the rails either so I removed them easy with a torque wrench.

But those tonneau covered are interchangeable. So much that I even used the same 5.5 tonneau cover on my ram, tundra and f150’s as long as the bed size is same in length.

Yes, they fit. I'm on my second Extang Encore tri-fold and wouldn't have it any other way.
