    No, It wont hold right. The 05-06 have different tabs in the back of the housing than the 04's.

    Sounds like you guys saved me a headache!

    I appreciate both of you letting me know.

    I found a pair of clear headlights on rock auto that are for the 2004 Tundra DC, $70 shipped so I’m just going to go that route.

    Glad we were able to help. Unfortunately 2004 double cabs are the red headed step child for certain parts and designs. 2004 was the first year of the double cab, there were changes to the 05-06 models - most noticeably the VVTI motor with a 5 speed.
