Ok I thought it was something like that thanks

Yeah, the gas tank isn't really my mod. I just think I need to make it myself , to be a unique mod
I will have a few in the works, that I will claim for sure
I appreciate the nice comments. You guys are alright. I posted a similar build thread in Tundra Solutions, just to get the conversation going and no one replied. Probably not a place I will visit again

You are definitely at the right place here. You don't have to worry about getting no responses here.

Tundras.com is a much better, non advertisement forum to be on!

While TS (or was it TT?) approached @Bob to purchase TW- he declined knowing the site would go to advertisement hell in a hand basket.

Bob doesn't permit those silly ads that clog up room every other post...it keeps the forum much cleaner and keeps us from having to be involved with things we don't want to be, IMO.

What do you have planned for your solar setup...? It's been an idea for me as an alternative to a small generator.

That wouldn't happen to be Powerfilm Solar panels?

The powerfilm panels are newer technology. That is at least an option for flexible. I will have to see any different ones made

Check out "4WD Toyota Owner" magazine website. They did a good article on PowerFilm panels last month, maybe two months ago. Was interesting.

I spoke with Warren at Transfer Flow. He has given me a coupon code TUNDRA100 for a $100.00, off the tank. I know every little bit helps

Do you live in AZ, Don? Whose installing your tank? Any updates on your progress?

My tank was installed by the Tech that installed my Supercharger at Findlay Toyota. There are authorized installers in AZ . I recommend Cliffs Welding in east Mesa. He was going to charge me $280.00~ Since they needed to drop the tank for the s/c it was pretty easy for them to go ahead and install at the dealership.. If you decide to get one, you probably should go through wherever you decide to have it installed. Otherwise they won't want to install it, unless its purchased through them. I would ask them to apply the discount code through them, though.

The rest of my progress is awaiting suspension parts on order . I do have a compressor install in the works though

Okay, SDHQ says it's a 6 hour install @ $95/HR. With paying shipping and such I'd be around 2G's. That SUCKS! I'll inquire at Cliff's then.

I just ordered the Extended flares from Bushwacker. I decided I didn't want the look of the pocket flares. I am going for more of a subtle look. I think they will work well with the RW wheels, Spydertrax 1.25" wheel spacers and 35's . I hope I can get them to clear stock, until the lift at the end of July :burnrubber:

Here is a link to the ones I got

The big mod I will be working on is this. I measured the hood bulge and felt the 40" would fit. I'm sure this will be challenging to make it look correct, along with making sure it illuminates correctly, but it should arrive tomorrow. Worst case scenario, I will be buying a new hood bulge :(
This is the first light of probably many to get designed into this build. For temporary. I have a 20 circuit, 10 relay box, to terminate all of my accessories to. The long term plan will be somewhat different.

This light is a beast and will pump serious light in exactly where you want it

The Stealth is about as good as you can get for the money. Just don't sink your truck over 9 feet in the water. :oldglory:
