Why is my Tundra asking for a PIN number?

    Link your fob to your Profile in the trucks settings and it won’t ask you anymore. It’s verifying that whoever is using that unknown fob is actually the person from the current profile.

    I had to do this.

    Was asked for the pin a couple times in the last 10 days or so. I entered the pin. Message came back in a few days.

    I reset everything. Silly that you should have to but hopefully it works.

    Thanks, but I've linked my FOB at least 3 times, based on responses to this thread months ago. My repeated problem is not related to that.

    FYI, I re-entered the PIN from the last time this glitch happened, the system accepted it, and the PIN message didn't reappear all day. Problem solved until it happens the next time for no apparent reason. This shit his stupid.
