I’ve had Fords since I was 16. Bought a 92 Ranger brand new. Good truck! Most recently I’ve had a 14 F150 ecoboost - had intercooler problems, suspension problems:
16 F250 - injector pump failure at 20,000 miles, dpf problems, and a wiring harness burned up.
    17 F250 - dpf problems at 19,000 miles.
Sold the 5th wheel RV, traded the Pos Ford, went with a Toyota. I love this truck. Simple, great power, fun to drive.

Thanks fellas. I need to get mine leveled. I’ve heard that Tundras need a 1” lift in the back and 3” up front. Doing just 2” up front can cause problems. Is that true?

    Not nearly enough room here!
Seems to be the norm for Ford buyers. They buy one, has issues, two years later, buy another one, has issues, ONE year later, buy ANOTHER one!o_O Welcome to this bunch!

I have owned 5 new Ford trucks so I understand your frustration. If Toyota made a Diesel capable of towing with 20+ mpg's we would all own one. But that's down the road, this new 3rd gen Tundra is very reliable as much as my old F-250's in every way. The Ecoboost is a gimp, the Ram, and certain models of Chevy are made in Mexico! Close that border! Lol

    Welcome from Oregun

Put a Mama Toyota TRD rear sway bar on it (unless you're gonna be off road all the time) and then you'll triple the fun factor around town and the country side.

Welcome from NC. I too just got out of a '14 Ford Ecoboost. Really didn't have any problems with it.....until I did....random limp mode at critical times on road, dangerous. No fix from Ford, according them, not really a problem, just restart the truck and it goes away. WTF? Had a 125k miles on it, really liked that truck for the most part but couldn't see continuing on with it.

    Lovin' the Tundra so far!
