Who's got dogs? Post your pup!

I am so sorry for your loss

 

Thanks guy. She had a good long life, much longer than we had anticipated. She was born with hip dysplasia but we didn't let it slow her down and neither did she. She was faithful and happy until the end . She will be greatly missed. We always knew she wasn't going to be our lifelong companion but we were hers and she knew how much we loved her.

Our new one has some big paws to fill. But she's winning us over quickly. Martha is fitting in quite nicely.

We spent the morning outside doing yard work, chasing squirrels, washing the kayaks for camping, chasing the water hose around and enjoying the water (a great relief for us).



Now it's nap time

 

On the morning walk Tuco said "that's a big ass dog over there!"


He barked as if to say "I ain't scurred", then the horse walked towards us and Tuco hid behind me. I picked him up and brought him to the horse for a closer look.

Hes 3 months and 10lbs already by the way, hes growing way too fast.

By the looks of it, he's sitting on someone's lap too.

 

He learned he can look out the window. Now hes gonna be the nosey neighbor.

 

I love it. I miss when Stella was a puppy. Thank you for sharing him as he grows. I, for one, love it.

 

Thanks. Hes growing too damn fast, he was 6lbs at 9 weeks and hes 10lbs now at 15 weeks. Big boy.

 

It's so cute to me seeing them get on their tippy toes to look out the window. Tater constantly checks for the cows to walk by the front yard so he can "huff" at them.

 

Just picked up a rescue. Gonna foster for a week and then give to my friend who I got Thor from(they are away on vaca currently). They will take him and breed him with Thor's mom. He's going from a small home with a 10'x10' yard to about 1500 acre farm. He's very friendly. Gets along with mine and dad's dogs. Just needed a better home.

He is the black one with a collar on. His name is Beta. I am guessing they will change his name. Absolutely no training, but he's already picked up a few commands, so he is definitely trainable. He is malnourished in my opinion, he is 1 1/2 and smaller than Thor who is 7 months. His ribs and back hips are really visible.

 

Hilarious! My cat is bad ass. When my neighbors leave their ankle biters out in their fenced in yard I have to make sure my cat is inside or she would go over, jump their fence just to beat the shit out of her dogs.

 

What kind of dog it that? Beautiful coat.

Mine doesn't huff at them yet but when they walk by he does this funny move where hes trying to sniff them from afar. He has barked at passing dogs.

This morning he learned how enjoyable it is to watch a fish tank.

They look it but they are not related. 12 and 16 years old. Then one in the back is the oldest. She deserves some memory foam. Found her at the pound and the younger one just showed up one day.

My boy's a pembroke corgi.

 

This boy is soo much different being with me for 2 days. He has mellowed out. He is listening and holds attention. He is picking up commands fast. Ball is life with this one so training is easy. I really hope the best for him. He seems to have had a rough first 1 1/2 years. His forever parents will pick him up tomorrow. Kinda sad to see him go.

Thanks. I heard he was in need and saw his condition and immediately called around. I am glad the family that I got my pup from decided to take him. I just can't, already have 3 and a 4th is too much for my property size currently. He will be well loved by 3 kids on a nice farm. They upland game hunt so he will love it there. Maybe one day I will get one of his pups if they are able to breed him with their female.

 

That's a good looking dog. Hard to say if he wants to eat them, he just gets excited and bats his paws at the glass.

Picked up Buddy this morning! 8 mo Border Collie and hound mix. Can’t wait to take him camping and for a ride on the sup!

Rough life for a rescue dog

He's gorgeous. When we Google lens our Rottweiler X, this breed often comes up. I can see why. She has small, triangle, floppy ears and similar markings.
